Quest Envoy Part 1

    I have a problem when when i get to stage 8 of Envoy part 1. Big boss TDM and maxxie disappear after the chat 8/10, go defeat it! I believe this problem was caused when I doing a quest and the server crashed pushing me to fallback server completely glitching the quest. This is a big deal because I can't finish the quest now. I have tried /kill relogging going on different servers and resetting my pc but nothing works. How can I fix this?

    The quest book is at the stage telling them to go and kill the Big-BOss. the dialog goes to 8/10, but then the boss despots, and the dialog stops. they cannot continue, and going back through the vents does not help.
