World Bob's Mythics --> Corrupted Treasure

So this isn't a very big change, but it can impact a lot of people who have derped out before

A lot of times, you will see people asking on the forums or in game to buy a Bob's Mythic (Insert weapon here) because they accidentally picked out the wrong weapon with their corrupted treasure. NO MORE!

I'm suggesting that in the Weapon Merchant in the ToL, you will have the option to 'sell' your Bob's Mythic and get a Corrupted Treasure back in return. The Weapon Merchant would not accept a Bob's Mythic that has a powder on it.

Not a really big change, but I don't see how it could hurt.

 

It depends on if the ids on bob's weapons change, if they don't it's possible.
Besides that, ya, if it's possible they should do that.

 

The ids on the bobs mythics are always set and dont change

 

Would it matter? The dungeon merchants that upgrade horses accept any level horse which is like the same situation as this

 

It can;t be changed, you buy it from a shop.

While I personally haven't derped and done this, I do think this would be extremely helpful for those that don't want to be told the following quote:

"omg u derped now give me a price i know u can't afford to get the one you should have clicked lol feed me money"

(that's an extreme overstatement for my quote, but you get the basic idea... hopefully. no shade meant to be thrown to those who do make shops for bob mythics/dungeon items. please don't sue me)

This idea, while not really logical (in the case the dude forges the weapon from the corrupted treasure the dude could have just given you in the first place. Decently logical if the dude actually has the item already made), is extremely practical for the actual Wynncraft experience.

This would reduce the price of corrupted treasures and bob weps

Who picks the wrong weapon?

 

People who have laggy computers

 

People who are used to playing a different class.
Ex. me the mage playing a new assassin.
"OH that wand is cool!"
"Why can't I use this...?"
"Oh, right, I'm not a mage..."

I'm sure I explained it pretty clear. I have never experienced obtaining one of these mythic weapons myself, so I am not fully informed about the positives and negatives of this suggestion.

 

You've never purchased a Bob's Mythic weapon?
I mean, there's no real negative, besides the slight offset storywise.

I feel that for turning the bob's mythic weapon to corrupted treasure again should need also a small fee of emeralds (like 16-32Eb)

 

I no longer actually play wynncraft, and my highest class is my lvl 55 mage.
