Pets & Horses Pet Suggestions

You saw the title. More pet suggestions!!!! (But it comes with a quest)

I'm thinking of only being able to have a cat and dog and maybe a Ba'ab/Cluckles/Mooington pet that Doesn't do damage. It only follows you around. You can however breed them like horses to get different cats, and different dogs, and all that jazz. The dog difference would mainly be collar, cat difference would be a different type of cat. They would have an ability affecting you related to the biome they are found in, so in plains with chuckles and mooington you might get +50% mana regen, but when you leave it has no affect because you aren't in their favored zone. Ba'ab would be mountains, the dog would be snow and cities, and the cat would be... Tropics or the jungle.

Quest

The quest would be level 80, and you have to help various people find the different pets. For Cluckles Ba'ab and Mooington you have to talk to a researcher and a lab person that would ressurect them using the items, which you can collect from the guy in bobs tomb (The quest requires completion of Reincarnation) You can get the car and dog because someone in wynn and gavel has to get a litter, and you help get hem prepared with items and whatnot.

Please support this if you think it's good, and modify it to make it better by replying. I think that the Ba'ab Mooington and Cluckles thing would be kinda sketchy.

 

So basically you do a quest to get a pet that works similar to a horse in terms of level up and experience gaining method.

More detail. More freaking detail. Why? So many questions can be asked on what would happen. Like will a cat pet be faster than the dog? Would the dog take in more hits over the cat? Can these pets be used in duels? Would just having the pet out but not do anything level it up? What is the item used to summon them, and would it require a new texture?

And those are just some of the questions i have one the idea. Detail is vital, especially with quests. Can we get dialogue and location ideas and not go the Bob's tomb for some items? I'm pretty sure the code can't let you do that let. And why are Bob's pet's involved? Do they absoluty need to be involved? And sure, they would be intresting to be pets, but they are also technically dead and i'd rather them be put to rest. Maybe you get a cockatrice egg for "the new Cluckles," a colored sheep's child for "the new baab ," and a toronto's child for "the new Mooington."

Some work is needed before i can see this be a thing. Maybe an overhaul could be the best solution. But don't get me wrong, would love to have a cat follow me around wynn and attack mobs and whatnot, but this idea needs to be so detailed it's as if the thing's being developed in a day or two.

I would, but I'm a noob to the forums and don't even know how to repost/edit/improve this. So basically no.

 

1) Why bother resurect something that doesn't need to be? And also, again, why not a new equilivent of Baab, Mooington, and Cluckles for the play to have as pets?
2) Correction, Chef Ramsey impresonation. That's what happens when I listen to Gorden Ramsey too much, oh well.
3) Next to watch thread button at the top of the thread, you will find a thig hat will let you edit the title. And at the bottom of your thread/post you'll find the link to edit you post after making it. Plus, get used to the forums before you make an idea. Common mistake, almost everyone makes it.

True... I think I'm going to go with the suggestion about the covkatrice, the taurato hide and pink wool for the other animals. I was just trying to think of more animals
