Item Binder Npc

YOU ACCIDENTALLY THROW IT IN A HOPPER

I am proposing an item binder NPC. The NPC should only appear in Major Cities, and only be usable if you did a quest. The quest would be about someone losing a valuable item because they dropped it somewhere when they were younger, and then they dedicate their life to finding a spell that can bind an item to a person. The quest would include finding different mini-dungeons and collecting ancient scrolls, so like a series of mini-bosses similar to the troll/goblin camps in Gavel near Llevigar. Then the quest-giver built a company where there can be item binders scattered across major cities to bind items, but for a price. Depending on the level/tier of the item, prices vary. I think that it should be kind of pricey, so at least 4 EB for a Normal item, and 16 EB for a Unique, with prices continuing going up.

The Wynnpack modpack that can be downloaded on Curse has that
The modpack is allowed and it has serval great features like the one that locks items in certain spots in your inv. would suggest you get it if this is a problem you have encountered before.

 

The modpack isnt official though and thus officially item locks isnt a part of wynncraft. We would like to have it in the official one though because: lag, curse and crash ._. Hence the suggestions
