For this quest, I'm going to be using the Wynncraft Wiki quest guide format. The main stuff will be in bold. Everything not in bold will be extra details about each part of the quest.

Quest start location: In a makeshift prison near the Gylia Watch tower.

    Stage 1: Talk to Cikal

Essentially, Cikal will tell you that after you exposed the Gerten tunnel, the Gylian watch arrested all Gerts and that they are to hold a trial for them. If they do not win the Gerts will be put in a prison rather then a camp. He then thanks you for your help, but tells you that the prison the Gerts are being held at is off limits to you.

    Stage 2: Investigate the prison
At this point he will stop you if you try to directly enter, so you'll have to do some parkour to get into the prison's upper floor, above where Cikal is.

You then have to parkour from the lamps which are hanging from the ceiling, all the while listening to both the Gylian watch and the Gerts talking. The Gylian watch talk about how watching the Gerts is too much work, and how they refuse to just comply with what they are given. The Gerts talk about how they were forced to do what they had to do, or else their people would starve.

You'll hear the Gerten leader nervously practicing his language skills for the trial.

    Stage 3: Talk to Pogs

Pogs is the Gerten leader. When he first sees you he thinks you are there to take him to the trial, and pleads to you to give him 10 more minutes to prepare.

He then remembers you from the Hunger of Gerts part II quest via your smell. He thanks you for your actions of freeing the Gerts from this threat, then complains about how the prosecution has barely prepared him for this, and asks how he can collect evidence to help his case when he's in prison.

He never asks for your help, but through his words you can figure out what you need to do.

Stage 4: Investigate the Gylia Watch Tower for evidence

After exiting the prison, you'll have to look for an item which will prove that the Gert's had no choice but to build a tunnel. First, you need to go to the library and find a book about the behavior of Gerts. The book will contain the diet of an average Gert.

Next, go to the top of the tower into Cikal's room, and find a letter detailing the shipment containers sent to the Gert camp. The point is that the Gert diet cannot be satisfied with the shipments sent to them.

In the page from the book, it will say that Gerts need atleast 5 pounds of raw meat a day, along with a small amount of bread. The shipment details will say that potatoes and carrots were sent to them.

Stage 5: Enter the courtroom and talk to Judge Mertus

The Courtyard is guarded by a Gylia Watch soldier. This time, you'll need to convince the guard to let you in. The guard will already feel sorry for the Gerts, and after showing her the evidence she'll let you in.

The Judge asks why you have interrupted the trial, and says that this is a violation of the law. You show him the evidence, but he says that it is invalid. Pogs then brings up that he is guaranteed a lawyer and he hasn't gotten one, therefore you should represent him. Then Cikal points out that you should be part of the prosecution if anything, since you found out about the tunnel.

You are teleported to a room with 2 different doors. One says: Represent the Gerts. The other says Prosecute the Gerts.

Stage 8: Look for evidence within the Gylia Tower/Gert Forwarding Camps

There will be multiple NPC's throughout the two locations who will say different things. For example, 1 Gert will talk about how he was interrogated harshly. A villager will say that his friend was beaten by a Gert. These NPC's will hand you their testimonies after they finish talking.

Stage 7: Convince the Jury that the Gerts are innocent/guilty.

You will be sent to a little booth with a hopper. The Judge will ask you questions and depending on your view you'll throw a different testimony into the hopper.

One example will be this: The Judge will ask if the Gerts are a threat to Villagers. The 2 different answers would be either to throw in the testimony about how the Gerts beat a villager, or you could throw in how Gerts have been abused by the Gylia Watch.

Stage 8: Listen to a Villager testimony

The Villiger will talk about how he was kept in a prison. If you are on the side of the Gerts, you'll investigate why he was arrested by the Gerts. If you are against the Gerts, you'll be looking for his prison cell and recording how horrible it is.

Stage 9: Listen to a Gert testimony

The Gert will talk about how he is constantly malnourished. If you are on the side of the Gert's you will record his rations. If you are against the Gerts you'll investigate the shipping containers.

Stage 10: Await the Jury's decision

If you supported the Gerts, they will be free. If you prosecuted them, they will be arrested. After you leave, you'll overhear 2 guards talking about ruckus going on either below the library or in the prison.

    Stage 11: Investigate the ruckus

If you supported the Gerts, you'll go to the library, if not you go to the prison.

If you go to the prison then Pogs will challenge you. If you go below the library Cikal will challenge you. If you beat Pogs, he'll say that he knew that humans and villagers were the same, greedy and selfish.

If you beat Cikal, he'll say he knew that humans were stupid, enough to support savages who eat anything they saw and broke the law.

Stage 12: Talk to Pogs (if you beat Cikal)/Cikal (if you beat Pogs)

    Pogs:
He thanks you for helping them, and gives you leggings called "Hunger of the Weak." He gives you 1 LE, and says that he somehow won that from the case.

Cikal: He approves of you, and gives you leggings called "Thirst of the Strong." He gives you 1 LE and says it's your salary.

Hope you enjoyed, this took long AF.

Wow, this is really awesome! I like they way you described the quest in detailed paragraphs instead of dialogues with a few lines each.

    I'd overall rate 9/10, max I'd say 11/10.

That sounds interesting, but i can't help to be reminded of the bee movie...

Would definity like to run through the quest, as long as there is an Ace Attorney reference some where at some point.

You're supposed to put dialogue at the beginning. Put all the effort you can into this suggestions, not less than the minimum.

Hey-yo! Thanks for making this quest, it looks good! After reading it, I saw that it was quite back and forth, and no real fun involved. It would be quite a boring quest, to put it bluntly. Also, this needs a lot more detail to be considered a good suggestion. What does the courtroom look like, etc etc. Not shitting on this idea, I see you've actually put effort into it. A few more details and it could be very good, although I don't think there will be a prequel to the Gert questline.

    ________________________________
This isn't a prequel, sorry about the confusion. It's meant to be a sequel to the Hunger of Gerts storyline. I'll update the quest with dialogue and more details. I'll add more fun aspects, like minigame and puzzles. Thanks for the input!
    ________________________________
I'll put in the dialogue. But I hardly think I've put less then the minimum effort. I worked on this for 2 hours, so I find that kind of miffing. But thanks for the feedback, I'll fix it up.

No problem! And you don't have to stick to minigames placed for the heck of it. Hell, you could even make your own up! Solve a mystery, etc.
