World New Powders The Jammy Suggestion From The Suggestion Mage

So I'm writing this on the go and I will add more details later but I have some ideas for 2 new powders which are both meant to be extremely rare (as rare as mythics or more) and only available to people above lv 70. And so that it's not too overpowered the powders each take up 2 slots on your item. These powders do not have multiple tiers. This is just the basic outline of the suggestion which I will add more to.

Gold Powder:

The Gold powder adds an emerald boost to your item and every time you get a kill streak of 5 or higher for 1.5 seconds every kill you get gives you 3 emerald bonus ( I might change this later depending on what you guys think). The powder looks like yellow merging into orange.

Fairy Powder:

This powder adds a decent xp bonus and allows the user the ability to jump 5 blocks high. This powder has no passive. Looks like white mixed with purple and pink.

Both of these powders are meant to be added to armour and will have ids soon.

there are more powders planned altho these seem pretty neat

 

Until we know what these are, I feel that there shouldn't be any suggestions for powders; currently, there's just elemental powders, so we need to know what else powders may be able to do, to properly suggest new ones.

Apart from that, I really don't think we need more ways to earn emeralds. Fairy Powder is fine, though five blocks seems a bit much, on top of an XP bonus.

IF these are supposed to be as rare as mythics how would someone who doesn't have enough emeralds obtain one.
Luck is an option, but uhh, if they were lucky they would have enough emeralds.
