World ❋ Dreamcatcher Legendary Wand ❋

I wanted to suggest a new air Legendary wand since we only have like 2 of them in the high levels. I tried to make it as balanced as I could, and I also tried to organize the IDs a little. Put feedback in the comment section and try not to be too harsh on me, I have worked very hard on this and I have gotten very many harsh comments in the past on my suggestions. This is also one of my first item suggestions. (Btw I will be drawing this whether you like the suggestion or not). Also please don't just go into the thread and click "No" before you have seen the item or give feedback as I will change what I can if necessary. Also, if you select the "With a bit of thweaking, yes" button, please tell me what you would like to have changed. The stats shown here are about the base ones of this weapon.

Hi, this is a good idea, but I think it might be too op. I haven't calculated it yet, I'll do it live here, and compare it to Morrowind, a higher level air wand.

Morrowind has 2 powder slots, 30-90 neutral damage (60 average damage roll), 60-180 air damage (120 average damage roll), and fast attack speed. On top of this it has a base raw spell of 115, meaning 115 neutral will be added to its spell damage. Lastly it has a +23% base air damage boost.

Let's calculate its dps.

60 x attack multiplier (2.5) = 150 neutral damage roll. This is the same for both melee and spell dps.
120 x 2.5 x 1.23 (air damage boost) = 369.
This means that the melee dps = 369 + 150 = 519.
For spells, we'll have to add the raw spell damage. so that means 519 + 115 = 634.

So the melee dps is 519 and the spell dps is 634.

Now lets calculate the dps of your dreamcatcher.

First off it has 1 more powder slot than morrowind. This is not a very big change, but it does count. It has -10-19% melee debuff, rounded up at -15%. It has the same for spells, but positive.

It's neutral is 50-80, average is 65. 65 x 3.2 (very fast attack speed multiplier) = 208. This is quite high.
Now for air, we have 95-160. Average is 127.5 . 127.5 x 3.2 = 408.

This means its total dps is 408 + 208 = 616. Lets add its buffs and debuffs.

For melee, your wand has 616 x 0.85 = 523.6 melee dps. Morrowind has 519, slightly lower. Keep in mind morrowind also has walk speed and reflection, that kind of makes up for it. But this wand is obviously for spells.

For spells, your wand has 616 x 1.15 = 708.4 spell dps. This is an absurd amount, especially for level 93 legendary air wand. Let's take a look at laments dps, a mythic water wand. Lament has 570 spell dps. This is a lot less than your wand, and yours is a legendary and lament is a mythic. Monster, another wand, has 711.3 dps. Your wand has 3 less dps than a mythic fire wand of 5 levels higher.

My conclusion: decrease the damage and maybe add some walk speed or something. Thank you for reading.
