Item Buyer Upgrade

It would be a good idea if there was an option to make it possible to sell 8 items at a time at the item buyer.

It would spare a lot of time and the item buyer is very glitchy, most of the time i try to sell something i need to put it in again.

I think this would be a great update for a lot of players imagine selling items 8 times faster!

 

Maybe you could show the community why is this a good idea. Make an ilustration and reasons why the staff should change the item buyer instead of just saying "Maybe it's a good idea to make the item buyer like the item identificier"

But it's like the exact same thing but then 8 items at a time.

And why would they not look what they sell, i mean if u sell things now u also look right?

 

The idea is good, but the thread needs a few more details and possibly some better reasoning than "I think this would be a great update for a lot of players."

 

I don't look at the items im selling, I just sell everything that isnt on my hotbar

 

Welp that's what you do, we can't help it.. I think it's a good idea. Maybe even have different levels of item buyers, depending on how far you are in the game or maybe you could even upgrade it yourself(okay, okay that doesn't really make sence, upgrading a person/villager, but still, I just trying to think of something.)

 

Then just place everything that's not in your hotbar?

Apparently, they wanted to do it like the identifier, but they were worried people would accidently sell their items. But it backfired anyway.

 

1.) How about adding a check box you click once you put all the items in. Like an item identifier.
2.) If you only sell stuff that's not in your hotbar, how do you accidentally sell something? Doesn't add up.

The way item buyers work is you put a single item inside the bar, and it sells it, without confirmation but also kicks you out each item you sell. It's easier to accidentally sell the wrong item currently. Sometimes (from lag?) you put an item inside the bar and nothing happens so you gotta take it out and put it back in. That's what OP means.

 

Just making the item buyers use the item identifier format would be best.
