The Origin of our Character.

This is basically the theory I had when Corkus was announced as an actual thing in the Gameplay Update, but now I'm adding more to it. (I feel like I should make a theory thread about it, but I should just gather up my notes first.)

Our character has no memory of Fruma. Sure there's the whole barrier that is placed on the mountain borders, but what about our own character? If we're gonna have to figure out what Fruma's monarchy is hiding from us, one of those secrets is who we are because just a memory wipe of what Fruma truly is probably wouldn't be as big of a shock as to our origin. Remember the Monarchy keeping the magic only available to the elite? We don't know how powerful Human magic is and one can say (me mostly) that the magic is so powerful that, wait for it...

It can create Artificial Life.

This leads us to our "peculiar" name. If it really is just our usernames, I want you to think for a moment. What if our username is just a name that was made up by us because the memory of our true name was wiped as well, and that only the Monarchy knows it?

I really hope this Revelation Arc is gonna be part of the Main Storyline, because we have been teased about our origin on multiple occassions.

Would be great if we could change our votes, I voted for :/ when the thread was made because the only option was the topic of removing guilds.

 

Some things

• Guilds are already being worked on
• Literally everybody knows that mage needs a nerf (or at least a rework)
• Defense is supposed to protect from elemental damage

Yes mods can edit your polls, but if thread creators could edit their own polls there would need to be some restrictions. For example, you can't have a poll for "Should I be an Admin" and change the "yes" to "no" and the "no" to "yes" to fit the answer you want. A solution could be to reset the poll each time an edit is made, but that's a Jumla thing. Also, I'm not too educated on the subject, but I'm not entirely sure Jumla can edit XenForo thread software to fit his needs.

Cuz i like guilds and the guild chat is rly useful, at least 4 me and i wouldnt met some ppl if guilds didnt exist

They define Flame war as a controversies that have no merits.
Debates are meaningful discussions, to find a better resolution or to decide which side is better considering their proposing merits and demerits to the problem.
I don't think @ElectroMantis posted this thread just to cause a flame war that only locks the thread as a result, but for a meaningful discussion to actually contribute to the Wynncraft, to make the game better for everyone.
Maybe @ElectroMantis you should define why you created this thread and the difference between Flame wars and Debates, in order not to cause unnecessary flame wars.

You have to ignore those people who starts a flame war and who bothers the debate.
You don't have to add more fuel to the flame war once that is started.

 

we can hold a respectable debate, we did it before, no reason we shouldn't be able to now.
