So, I have been thinking of this for a while.
Has anyone ever thought of this?

"Why does 15/4s Mana Regen regenerate 15+1 mana every 5 seconds, instead of 3+1 mana every second?"

Yes. Why not.

It is literally ridiculous that your mana regenerates intermittently, but it should regenerate continuously.
This seems a small change and not game-breaking, but it would help so many players, including me.
It will also make sense to those players who have over than 19/4s Mana Regen, making that kind of builds more useful.


As of now, when you have 16/4s Mana Regen, your mana will regenerate every second like this:
1, 1, 1, 1, 17 mana
and that repeats every 5 seconds. (Actually not in the main servers, but too many to explain here)
Instead of that, I suggest it to work like this:
5, 4, 4, 4, 4 mana
and that repeats.

I'd be grateful if you could tell me the reason if you disagree to this idea.

 

I totally agree, I hate having to wait for mana even though i have high mana regen.

 

how about when u have -9/4 mana regen (recharge)

It doesn't really change from now,
as of now when you have -9/4s it will regen
1, 1, 1, -8 (total -5)
So after this, it'll regen like
-2, -1, -1, -1 (Maybe -1, -1, -1, -2 from the system?)

 

if change to urs, ur mana bar is always 0 then.

Yes, that's your fault having -9/4s Mana Regen.
This suggestion doesn't change that fact.

 

An extreme example, just saying.
-9/4 regen ->old regen still have 3 mana and use 2 mana to cast war scream.(90+ int)
And on this, u even don't give a fuck to those ppl who use mana steal, yet mana steal is glitched in war scream so C:
btw old mana regen isn't 1 , 1 , 1 , 1 (in 0/4 regen case), its 1 , 1 , -1 ,1

 

Ah yea, I forgot to write but Mana/Life Steal is completely other system, so that's another story. A lot of glitches as well.
Also I just confirmed in game, in default, you regen 1, 1, 0 and that repeats every 3 seconds... (seriously.)

In the main servers, the base regen is 1, 1, 0 every 3 seconds. And Mana Regen works every 5 seconds.
In the nether server, the base regen is 1 every second, and Mana Regen also works every 5 seconds.
