    i can manage to have space, but it isnt as easy for non-vip ones, since they can only have 1 bank class if they want to have their lvl 100 of each class
    i can ensure that we dont need a big increase, but we really need some more space
    i dont really care about space now since i organised my bank and my classes in sections and now is a lot easier, but before i had VIP+, having a decent bank was harder than defeating qira with a depressing weapon and 1HP

    No the 'food' wont restore hunger.

    The bank itself could use a space upgrade. What we don't need is a portable bank that's essentially +50% bank-space.

    The difference between those two things is literally just mobility.
    And you can access your bank from any major town, this just lets you access a small portion of it in the wild.

    Banks are 50% of the reason most cities matter anymore.

    Quests are hardly based upon cities. Selling and identifying items are the only reasons to return to cities often, other than banks. Potions can be bought in bulk from merchants, and then you don't need them for a good while.

    So yes, banks are the biggest reason to return to cities.

    You put the suggestion together nicely, had a good pun; But the suggestion itself is not good.
    Allow me to break down why the functions are bad:

    1: (Regeneration Function)--The only reason 99% of people die is because A- Bosses B- Void and C- other miscellaneous things.
    It would be impossible and a cheap move to put tents down in a boss fight, so Scratch A.
    You are screwed no matter what if you fall in a void, so Scratch B
    The 'other misc. things is a small majority, in most of which pots and heal works just fine. So scratch C.
    so pretty much the regeneration isn't that useful at all, and a little OP in a way that will make pots useless most of the time.
    SO funtion 1 (healing) is not needed.

    2: (Storing Function)-- This, I dislike because it would be like a second inventory/portable bank, which would make loot runs and grinding time a little OP.

    3: (Special Effect Food)-- The player already has special effects (war scream, speed, strength, and something else) so that is not needed, and has a possibility of enhancing the player in a OP way.

    On another note, on a massive server like this, with a huge map, and many players on at once, imagine the insane LAG from placing your tent down, because you would literally have to edit the map to place something like that down.

    1. It's not for any of the uses there, it's simply an alternative to potions when you remove your armor or get too damaged.
    Since we don't have a proper way to regen in town.
    Or at all without money/mage class.

    2. It's no different from running/scrolling to a nearby town, please read my limitations

    3. I'm not talking basic potions effects, and not for such an op time.
    Things like the wisdom potion that grant ID effects for a little bit, (longer than the wisdom potion otherwise it's useless).
    5% of an id boost for 2 minutes.
    Nothing major.

    It takes storage space; that's why having portable storage would be overpowered for potions aswell.

    I didn't mean that most quests have no correlation to cities; I meant that most don't revolve entirely around cities. Even so, you only visit a city to do a quest a few times per class; not very often.

    66 times per class.
    And we currently have the issue of having to abuse a game feature to hold our items.
    Portable storage isn't that OP and you know it.
    We need some sort of storage.

    66 times in several different cities. Not 66 times at one city.

    Class storage isn't and was never abusing a feature.

    Portable storage is most certainly OP and will only diminish the value of cities.

    We do indeed need upgraded storage; there's a good Bank's Redone suggestion that I like, though adding an entire class or more worth of inventory is overkill.

    Banks redone isn't confirmed nor is it coming any time soon even if it was.
    Class storage is abusing a feature, I'm 100% sure Salty and the gang never intended storing things in them.
    27 unlockable slots, and you have to find an area without mobs to use it, which, at lower levels it may be easy, but at higher levels it's not going to be really useable without a bit of travel.

    You can't devalue WC1 detlas, or item identifiers/buyers, or powder merchants, the ever so helpful potions merchants, and all the other things cities are used for.

    There are no truly confirmed suggestions.

    If classes weren't meant to be able to be used to hold other classes' items, banks wouldn't be linked between classes.

    An area without mobs can be created in 30 seconds, or found in the same time.

    You may not be able to devalue WC1 detlas, but that's because it's the community's marketplace; not an in-game feature. Portable storage will make cities be used less than ever. You'll need to sell/identify items less often. Without ID'd weapons, there's not much point to powder merchants. Potions will be bought in higher amounts than ever before: In a pinch? Escape with a spell and heal up.

    "All the other things cities are used for" is essentially nothing. Banks, and a safe area. Tents supposedly need to be in a safe area anyway, and contain mini-banks.

    Banks are linked between classes so you can use items, not store them.

    To create the area you'd have to be extremely fast with items because the tent despawns when mobs get too close.

    You'll need to sell and identify less often, but when you do, you'll be doing that for longer.
    It simply extends both grinding and in town time, not to mention you can't use the tent in the city so you'll have to leave to get your items, making it inconveniently convenient

    More potions being bought = potential money sink.
    Not only that but it won't hurt anyone?

    Umm, people combine and sell powders without using them?

    Just because you don't identify them as often doesn't mean you won't identify them???

    Banks are linked for more than one reason; yes, to share amour and accessories, even money, but also to transfer items between each other. Having separate banks would work just as well as combined banks; the potential to store items in classes has been acknowledged and accepted for a long time.

    The time it takes to gain items is a lot more than the time it takes to identify them. You'll be doing both for longer, but in the end it's still more time spent out and about than in cities. It extends both times, yes, but one time by more than the other.

    But it's not more potions being bought. It's more potions being bought at one time, and still equal to before. Smaller portions over multiple times = bigger portions over less times.

    Granted, but powders still don't drop very often, certainly not four at once. Chances are, you'll end up having to enter a city before having four powders in your inventory anyway.

    ...No shit? That wasn't my point.

    There are still several safe places near almost every good grinding spot, and other places as well.

    Everyone complaining about bank space, I'm non-ranked with only one storage class and I managed my bank. Is it full? Yes! But sometimes we can't have everything nice and sugar-coated, that's the space you have, use it.

    This is actually a very nice take on housing. If I understand correctly, it despawns the tent when the player is offline or they go far away? If that's the case I'm happy with this idea

    Having separate banks won't work at all.
    They were originally meant to transfer items, yes, the potential has been seen, and theres' no real way to fix it, so staff ignores it, yes.
    Your classes were still meant to be played and not used as pack mules.

    YOU WILL NOT SPEND ANY LESS OR MORE TIME AT TOWNS. Most of the time we're out and about anyways. Even then the towns weren't intended as giant AFK pools and chat rooms, you were meant to go out and about.
    You're an 'adventurer.'

    Even so, where is the problem? (potions).

    I actually get at least 4-5 of one type of powder every time I grind.

    Even with those safe places near the grinding spots, you have to stop any mobs that are following you, and most of the upper leveled grinding spots don't have many safe places at all.
