Will skill points from items will effect this? like blue mask? or morph set?

 

Nope! Only raw points.

 

I wanna say 1 more thing but my english is bad,i need to explain with an example:

Lets say we have 30 earth points.will we have 5% melee damage and 10% earth damage or just 10% earth damage?

 

You will have 5% Melee Damage and 10% Earth Damage. The buffs add on to one another, like wearing multiple pieces of armour.

It's more a figurative thing, since Earth is more in physical, punching stuff realm and Water is more tied to magic in Wynn. I'm not defining a specific class, since the magic-using class in Wynncraft is Mage, not Wizard (Unless you count Dark Wizard).

It feels like the descriptions for Electricity and Magical Novice aren't as unique as the other 15 SP descriptions. If I may suggest a slight change to them.

Electricity: You feel a spark surge through your body.

Magical Novice: Your veins flow with magic.

Anyways I would like to say a few things about the upgrade descriptions.

Earthen Wisdom: You feel the aura emitted by the earth circulate through your body
Power Swing: You feel stronger every swing, like the force of earth is pushing you and your weapon

Electricity: Would change electric to shocking
Lightning Speed: You feel like the power of electricity empowers your speed
Thunderstorm: You feel that the power of electricity has sent a tingling sensation through your body
Speed Demon: You notice that the speed of your swings and feet start to accelerate.

Hydrogen and Oxygen: The power of water is enlightening you and your magical capabilities
Tsunami: The magical forces of water enhance your magical prowess by tenfold

Evaporation: Due to your internal heat, water starts to evaporate around you
Nether's Lava: Due to dedicating yourself more to fire, lava from the nether has given you fiery capabilities
Fireball: Due to constant excersize and practice, you've learnt to be swifter when playing with fire

Air Strikes: You learn how to use your light feet in battle
Whirlwind: You've learnt how to make dodging and fast strikes more prominent
Tornado: You now know that air isn't just about fast strikes, it can be hard-hitting.

Mixed Feelings: You start to feel a bit of every element circulating through you
Elemental Bud: Your feelings, powers, and usage of all elements become more prominent
Explosion of Color: You use your newfound elemental powers at full force

That's the stuff I would personally change

 

Just wondering, what happens if you have +14 dexterity and put on an armor piece that gives you more dexterity? Would you get the perk or not?

 

Perks are only gained from raw points, so you can't put all your points into say, Strength and Defence and put on armour that increases your Agility to maximum to gain all three effects. You only get perks from your raw points, not from bonus points.

 

Do Rainbow Perks stack on Element Perks or does one negate the other?

 

Once you unlock the second tier in four or more skills, you don't get the benefits of the individual elemental perks anymore. This is sort of a push toward a tri-elemental build or less or full rainbow.

 

Slight problem, the water perk viewer blocks the daily reward...

 

I was thinking the the daily reward could be moved to the top or the side? Though the menu I made is kind of old, I'll probably update it to fit post-update Wynncraft.
