Oh, I have no idea when I read this Mythic Air Wand suggestion last time...
I saw you said you nerfed it 4 times, you must have had so much of hard work :c
From those your hard work, I can confirm this is actually well-balanced.
It does approximately as twice damage as Whimsy does, still good as one of the Mythic weapons...? Maybe. That might be one of the reasons people still say 'too op plz nerf'.
If they're going for Walk Speed build with any gear, it'll generally reduce their spell damage%, so being an Air element mythic shouldn't be the reason to have a low damage, IMO.

So uh, good job anyway!

example: my weathered shows only air damage, no neutral, it has 3 t6 air powders, and when I cast a smoke bomb it shows earth and air damage, same with spin attack, it shows air and thunder damage

but with for example a nirvana you dont see the earth damage on a smoke bomb and thunder damage on a spin attack, but its still there
