Dungeons Mythic Gaining Change

    Since I have no idea what any of the variables here mean I don't know what this means at all.

    Sure, it wouldn't be said directly;
    Yet, people would find out pretty soon that they're rarer than they used to be. I'd say around 5 mythics a month is good to be honest. Compared to the 1000s of players Wynn gets every month, that's pretty rare.

    Assuming there's 2 people grinding/lootrunning per server at all times, and lets say they can all kill/open an average of 10 mobs/chests per second.
    70/2S * 10^6 and that is a heck ton of mythics.

    Opening 10 chests a second is not feasible. Killing 10 mobs is, but there's only a limited amount of mobs that can drop mythics. I still don't know what the variables are, and still stand by my previous comment.

    Lets go ahead and do some math. (The end number is a constant no matter what you change S to so I'm doing 10 for evenness.
    7/10M).
    210 mythics per year ahaha no lets try again.

    70 Per year. Just 10 more than your estimation, I'd call that a go.

    (T = Time/S=Wynncraft Worlds Open/M=10^6)

    10 is the total number of chances per second I estimated for normal grinding/lootrunning as a server.

    Ah, so you just meant that M was mil. k got it. 70 seems fine as a rate, but there are still unanswered issues.

    Where would they be? How would they look? What about just having mythic mobs spawn in appropriate locations?

    I don't like this system since it would make it easier for people with op mythic builds to get more, while us mere mortals wielding legends wouldn't do shit. What I like about the current system is that ANYONE above level 65 can get mythics

    You don't need a mythic build to be overpowered.
    Poison Cactus.
    Rainbow Tank.
    Other Things.
    And if you only allow 1-3 in at a time it also prevents killstealing.

    But it's easier if you have a mythic. What I'm saying is this throws the system into a loop: the newbies have no chance of getting mythics, while the richies with op builds get richer from mythics

    No, because even if you have the worst armor, you can kill an eZ mob or open a t1 loot chest and get a mythic.

    No.
    Most of the mythics get sold to people with more mythics, while a major portion of the playerbase doesn't find any at all.
    This takes the finding aspect out and replaces it with skill, if you're there first and you can kill the boss it's yours.
    If you're not there first it's not.
    If you can't kill the boss it's not.
    Just because it's easier for them doesn't take the chances from the lowers.
    I could easily turn this around since it's also easier for people with mythics to kill more mobs and still get more chances at more mythics.
    This makes it so it's first come first serve, if someone with a semi decent build kills the boss before someone with a mythic gets there, the mythic user doesn't get it.

    BUT if the mythic user gets there first and kills the boss, he gets it.

    I'll be changing that in a sec long story but I was doing other edits first.
    It needs to be strong, because most other bosses ingame have swarms, but these are mythic bosses, warriors known for great acts, and usually alone in their deeds.
    Read all my current edits in the Q&A and you'll understand.

    While I like the idea, I think the traditional keys should be hunted down. Certain mobs/areas should drop key pieces at a slim chance.

    Lost Archer.
    Stats you do, I have no idea what endgame mobs are like.
    Drops -
    Az Key shard - 0.55% Etc.

    You will need a certain amount of shards to craft a key from a Key Smith/Lock Smith. (You can make up the name).

    Certain dungeons will have different key collectors. One could be a dungeon totem, you get the jist.

    Other than that, it sounds pretty good. Just fill in some detailed dungeon design and you have my vote.
