When You Hand In Items For A Quest [22 Supporters]

Say im trying to hand in 1 apple, 18 string and 3 blocks of wool for a creeper mask.
My inventory is full.
i cant hand these in, because i wont have the space to take the mask.
But once i hand in the three items, ill have space.
so basically my suggestion is that if you're handing in items that will clear up room, it wont ask you to make space.

Suggested by @SaltyPhox , have it work for merchants too, so if you say are converting a stack of emeralds, it wont ask for space for the block, since the emeralds shall make space

Besides that it may not be possible with the current quest system but definitely needs to be added.

Also have this with banks. Tryna convert emeralds into eb when ur inven is full ;-;

 

This has been an issue since quests were added, if it's possible to fix this it would be a godsend.

 

I'm definitely not an expert (or even slightly knowledgeable) with this, but I believe the problem is that the quest takes items and gives rewards at the same time, if they added like a 0.0000000000000000000000000000000001 delay between the two, it would work (I think)

That's what I was thinking.
The issue may be that it gives the item, then takes your items.
Changing this may cause bugs/glitches that will make items disappear.
If they can do this would ensuing chaos, they should go for it.
