General Potions

i have been noticing potion appear from drops and from chest and while i agree with the chest but not the drops as a farmer having potions is always a thing but i always have a full inv potions would just only get in the way after a while also having potions constantly available removes an aspect of survival making it not as fun trying to survive . its my honest opinion

 

I can see what you're getting at, that the new potion drops really pamper the player and makes the game a little too easy.

 

They should remove the feature entirely. Making potions appear in chests and especially in drops eliminates on of the few sinks Wynncraft has for the economy. It makes it so that you'll never have to stop by a shop to get one. I grinded for 5 minutes with no loot bonus, and I got 3 health pots. This just makes the game too easy and takes up space in my inventory while grinding.

 

Potions never were a good money sink. I've used/lost many times as much money to dieing/ glitches/ horses then to potions. I agree that they are a bit to common though

 

imo the elemental potions are maybe a bit too common, not sure tho because I haven't done a lootrun since the patch. I only get 1-2 health potions per totem in freezing heights, so they aren't too common imo, I could buy a lot more health potions from all the emeralds I get every totem, and now I can finally grind with my XP gear archer without camping/dieing every 10 minutes/having to go to Rodoroc every 10 minutes to buy potions

 

Remember what I said about the high chance of potion drops pampering the player too much?

Well, but this is a mage nerf, and everyone loves mage nerfs(that doesn't do anything to mage itself).

 

UPDATE now they added mana potions as loot drops i just got one in a chest
pampering new people where is the fun in trying to survive anymore
