Extended Capacity

For Weapons
Normally, powders consume a percentage of a weapon's neutral damage. The total percentage of the neutral damage that can be consumed is 100%. I propose that if your weapon happens to have 6+ slots it should be able to convert 200% of its neutral damage.

For Armor
Normally when you add powders to armor, it gives some positive element defense, and negative element defense with a slightly higher net element defense. For armor with 6+ slots, the negative element defense added should be halved.

Multi-Specials
When placing powders on items with 6+ slots, they can have up to 2 powder specials.

So your probably asking why such low-level items like Matryoshka Shell and Empire Builder should get buffs, it is because by the time you get the powders needed to make them good, you are high level.

If this were to be implemented, I imagine these would have less element dmg and def than Gravity and Hive Weapons, but they would have more powder specials.

Edit: A balanced Powder Empire Builder (albeit excluding Thunder Powders) gets ~50 in each attack, excluding Thunder which is 0. A balanced Powdered Matryoshka Shell gets ~100 in each defense at max. This is really bad for all the powders you put in; in fact it is barely better than id-less, Unpowdered Manablast only if you are excluding Manablast's Thunder dmg, which is very, very sad.
EDIT NOTE: The only weapons able to take advantage of this are Matryoshka Shell and Empire Builder, because only they have 6+ powder slots. ​

Still Can't Believe I Had To Say That

 

Maybe this should instead be doubled for both Positive and Negative, to make more element-based builds so people can't throw 6 tier 6 powders of a random assortment of elements and become an even more powerful rainbow (As they'll end up getting more elemental defence due to the negative defence being cancelled out by the positive defence of the powder that increases it).

But the only weapon that can use it (Empire Builder) only does 50-120 neutral damage.

This technically should only work for Matryoshka shell tho, which is completely unused.

You do realize neither of those weapons have 6+ powder slots and therefore cannot use this.
