To be honest, I honestly feel like going in game and calling him out on his "mistake," because this person deserves to know he broke the rules.

If we cannot convince him to return the items, the least we can do is make sure he doesn't do it again

No, but that's how impressions are made. once a player in a guild comments on something or commits a deed the community will see it as the guild's comment/deed.
That's the reason why people have a bad impression of Hax, because what is a guild but its players?

Someone took my AZ then they demanded 3 stacks of Le there's still a massive drop in the Le I used to have.

Also I saw someone have the same problem with a pure so I paid 12 Le for the poor person, but my main point is that this is a big problem and needs to be fixed one way or the other.

 

Also when it comes to trading it wouldn't be that hard to have a Log I know a few ways that you can create a trading Log per player with commands.

A poll is representational of the Wynncraft community. I acknowledge that the current active Wynncraft playerbase consists of thousands of players, and forums users are part of the minority. However, you can't deny the fact that 34% of the users who voted have had to pay for their items! Most of the forum users are probably a high level, but if the poll is accurate, it means that all the lower level players without a forum account will also encounter item stealing one day.

As for contacting mods, I've used /report a few times (Sometimes on the forums, sometimes in-game) and nothing was ever done in response.

I don't agree with you. I can remember at least one incident in which I helped you out, and, just because you don't hear back from us, doesn't mean that we didn't do something about a problem. I'm not arguing against what you are saying, here, I'm just pointing out that we don't always remember to say anything, and that sometimes, we can't say anything.

I remember back in early 2016 when yazanbb9 accidently dropped his godly guardian and me and 6 other players tried to pick it up. Luckily, I got it and gave it back to him without hesitating. I can only imagine what those other 6 players would've done. Perhaps, some would've been kind enough to give it back but who am I to know that.

I already lost plenty of items without someone telling me he found them.
You should add the option "Lost items without getting them back"

 

I highly doubt the reliability of the /report command. I can recall one time I saw a player using an auto clicker macro to afk grind, so I used /report on him and thought nothing of it. I came back 90 MINUTES LATER, and he was still afk grinding. I used /report, and 20 minutes after that, I watched the afk grinder poof out of existence. I don't know if he left the server, or got banned.

 

the command works perfectly, the problem is that a mod is needed in order for something to be done with you report. so if there isn't any mod online or they are afk nothing will happen with it.
