World We Need A Town In Dernal Jungle

Troms is the closest actual town to the dernal jungle and its pretty annoying to die on quests there or forget potions and have to go all the way back to troms or from troms
so a small town called redlan (letters of dernal but change the order) or something like that with a potion merchant/bank/powdermaster/identifier/item buyers would be nice
should be a lvl 65-70 town

I like that there really isn't a town there. Not every area has to have a town ya know. It's just more area to explore so yeah :3

 

a town wont ruin the purpose of exploring the area it would only add to it , help with quests and make it more viable for grinding

Or we can just name the village from Troubled Tribesman and throw some stuff in it.

 

It's already called Iboju Village, and it doesn't need that many amenities, just for the reason Sara gave.

The jungle was added as an ingame, 'mystery' area, where it's extra dangerous because of the reasons stated in this thread.
It's that one place in every MMORPG that's, "unexplored" and "extra dangerous" as an immersive tool.

 

I've never heard of the Dernal Jungle, did you mean Dernel?

I mean a town in a jungle may be much, how about like a small camp? Like theres that one town near roots of corruption called Elkurn which is more of a camp than a town, so I would support a small settlement, though a large town I dont really like +1 though

 

Dernel literally is meant to only have ruins.
A town wouldn't exactly fit.

And that's why only enter for wynnexc D, lost soles, lost in the jungle, troubled tribesmen, and tol.

 

The 'safari' areas are going to have more quests as there's actually more stuff to do there. They want to explore and colonize the jungle, (it will never happen but that's the NPC intentions based on lore).
Most of the quests there are going to fit the theme.
