    I think there sould be a world with PVP but with it only in the "wilderness" There won't be PVP in towns or the tutorial area. To make sure people don't camp lower lvls you sould make it so only lvls 1-20 can attack each other or 20-40, 40-60,60-80,80-101. Friends would not be able to attack each other nor would the guild be able to attack each other.
