Bugged Items

I have discovered that after an update (i do not remember what update), but an update a little while ago some of my items got bugged. They no longer worked as weapons and had durability. The names of the items had also changed to a string of purple numbers, letters and characters.

However, if it is a vanilla item, has no lore, then it must be destroyed within a week. Otherwise, a punishment will follow according to the official rules.
