World Item Lore Taking Too Much Space

Item lores really take too much space. Even with full screen I can't see everything. I need to drag the game to random sizes just to see a lore....

Yes, I know that you can set your GUI to small, but that is really too small and hard to adjust or even see the text clearly.

I believe that with most items, we can "remove" the custom description under those items. I figured that they were only below legendary items.

There probably is a better solution that I can't think of right now, but it's very hard to see the whole item. I hope something can be done to fix this :(

 

lower GUI scale to Normal
you shall see all Item data (except morph-items because set bonus text)

 

I do use normal all of the time, but you miss out on the level of the item, health, and a few things on top :(

 

I've never had a problem with Normal scale
the only items that have given me problems are morph gear

 

Just get adjusted to Normal, it took me a day or two about a year ago to get used to it. And if that is too small, then you might need a slightly bigger monitor :)

I been on normal gui since the first day I played minecraft.......

 

The reason is your monitor/laptop screen resolution. If you have a 1920x1080 monitor or higher, you would be fine. However many laptops, which if you're using, has a 1366x768 screen resolution resulting in the item lore taking a bit too much room. But if you get annoyed with it, and you really have to do something about it, purchase yourself a 1920x1080 monitor. However if you can't, you'll have to deal with it, or switch to Small GUI for now.

 

What GUI do you play on? Auto,Large,Medium or Small? You can check in your Minecraft settings. My recommendation to you is that you keep that Gui on Medium, since with that you would have no problem reading the lores.

 

I play with my GUI on large and I can still read 99% of the items' lore...

Does that actually change anything? I usually have my GUI Scale on Auto because I'm lazy but I can't actually see a difference when I change to Normal, Medium or Large. The only differences I see is when I put it on small.

 

Try increasing your resolution to fix this.

 

You can't increase resolution on a monitor that doesn't support said resolution.
i.e. increasing to 1920x1080 from 1366x768 doesnt work

I been always using Normal, and I just tested out Large and they seem the exact same thing.

 

You can play small screen with small gui or try full screen with normal/medium gui.
