hey I just got a torrential tide and it has 388+ raw spell dmg and 4/4 mana steal can somebody tell me is it good and tell me max stats for it?

 

Ok first I cannot find in the item guide these item,but how much stars have these id's?

Count the stars.
3=max
2=close to max or max
1=above average or rarely maxed

 

how do i do that

 

?? Just look at the number of stars (*) next to each id
