The Current Mana Properties Are Bad, Let's Change It Up A Bit

    It's kind of annoying to have Mana associated with one of the most valuable statistics in Minecraft: Hunger. It'd be better if we had a stat that was with mana that would go up with each level like HP and get upgraded if we set Skill Points towards Intelligence. For example, end game we could have like 567 Mana, and have like a Heal spell cost about 40-50 Mana. You can keep the sprint and have the hunger go down with the sprint if it's flashing red. But having it set with hunger is kind of annoying.

    I don't really understand what you're trying to say, try adding more detail to your suggestion.

    it works absolutely fine as is
    would not be worth the effort
    Basically, they wanna revamp the Mana system so that you get more mana as you level up/invest in Intelligence.

    If you're having struggles with mana, then get some mana regen in your life.

    infinity sprint would be VERY op for high-lvl archer builds And It Would Be Very Easy

    How would speed be OP? I don't see why everyone likes speed builds so much, all you get out of it is the ability to move fast, and you can just use your movement spell for a boost, or in warrior case flying, or in mages case teleporting. Speed builds I guess can be used to dodge attacks but is it really that hard to just kite an enemy and not get hit?

    Speed builds are made to be fast for loot runs, transport etc.. Infinity sprint would make it overpowered in the sense that you could keep running and be way faster

    Well, I just use very high intelligence and mana regen then spam charge or teleport (if I ever decided to work on my mage again) but I guess it's reasonable, not that great in battle though.
    It's not hard to just kite enemies normally, I guess it makes it a bit easier to avoid damage but it just seems inefficient to me.

    Also with too much speed it can be a pain to travel if you're moving too fast and keep overshooting your goal. Personally I think speed builds are overrated.

    based on this, people with no intelligence in their build wouldn't be able to use spells

    personally I think that sprint should have stayed as hunger, and mana should have gotten its own bar, instead of sprint

    Looking at your messages and likes, I assume you are new to the forums, so welcome! Since you are new to the forums, I'll give you a quick run-down on what a good thread should look like. First off, put detail in your thread. Detail makes or breaks a thread. Also, though you followed this pretty well, be sure to use proper grammar so your thread looks professional.

    About the thread, I personally do not think mana needs to be changed. However, you bring up some intresting points.

    First, you state that
    I'm not entirely sure if I am interpreting this correctly, however this makes me think that you partially mean a new stat specifically for mana. Now, I don't want any new stats to be added to Wynncraft unless needed, however this idea does make some sense.

    Second, with max mana going up each level like Health, high level players would be able to use spells more. Though this brings up many problems related to powerful attack spells such as mage's Meteor or assassin's Smoke Bomb, it would allow for much more flexibility while fighting. If it was easy, which it isn't, an easy way to counter this would be to decrease spell damage.

    Third, having intelligence adjust how much mana you can have completely breaks every build that doesn't include intelligence. For example, a fire build would not be able to use any spells, while a water build has virtually infinite spells.

    Though I personally don't want the mana system to change, your idea has potential. As for not wanting to use Minecraft's preexisting hunger function, there isn't another place that would be reasonable to show mana.

    And if better add gear that can increase the max mana in a lower way? only needs a update on the minecraft to add a way to change max hunger points and ready

    Translation: It's like Final Fantasy Mana. I never said Infinite Sprint, I said the hunger can still be lowered when the sprint bar flashes red.

    Also, yes, I am new to the forums, thank you for clarifying that. Also, how would it break the game? Fire builds could still use a lot of spells, just not as much as those who put a little more into Intelligence, I never said about decreasing Mana Cost either.

    The main draw of speed is the ability to preform hitandruns and be able to move at a high speed WITHOUT using up mana. and while movement spells can be used for a temporary boost, in order to use them to speed up for extended periods of time you have to spam them, which drains your mana bar
