um the first helm is not the best tbh

 

Visor: This is supposed to be an earth item, correct? It would most likely be weak to air, as that's how elements normally would also make you sense if you gave a reason for the item's name; It gives more significance and thus more immersion (it's the details that make items good). For the lore, I would say "This thick eyeshade greatly protects the user's face, however, your vision is severely impaired." Then, the negative walk speed makes more sense. Mana and life steal are both thunder elements, which should be slightly harmed from an earth item, but it doesn't make much sense to have one positive and one negative. If anything, I would say get rid of the mana steal and nerf the life steal to -15 or less. Keep the earth attributes, and maybe add some Melee damage too.

Oh hey a item suggestion that isn't a mythic for once

Also add a ID range
Ex: +10%-20% walkspeed

 

Was just too lazy to do the math since these ID's are average..
