World Add Hang Gliders To Wynncraft! - Read Before You Criticize [86+ Supporters]

Hey look for the first time I don't go to a flamewar when I disagree with something in general suggestions

+1 support...I cant think of any more reasons of why to add durability

No. Wynncraft items don't have durability so it wouldn't fit in. Also it is magic so it repairs itself.

 

here's an idea! when u click it, i teleports u to the nearest town? But afterwards, it tares and you have to buy another one for 1LE or get it fixed for 32 EB

 

Umm, no. That would be weird, boring and expensive. Thanks for the feedback though. ;)

 

what if you add a quest that is lvl 30.......and you collect 6 scrolls from different places, and bring it back to the npc. it will give u the TP hang glider in return?

 

There is a level 25 quest called tower of amnesia that is basically the exact same minus the hang glider. Either way the answer is no. It will be sold by a merchant in Cinfras.

I think combining powders to the Hang gliders (AIR powders) should let you upgrade your hang glider (make it use less of your spring bar / enable an option to a a short "boost" that will make you go faster for a couple of seconds while not draining your spring bar) - the higher tier and the more air powders you will be able to upgrade it more (there should be a limit of powders you cn add)

Also, maybe change the name "hang gliders" to be more suitable for the "wynn spirit".. maybe:

NPC: "Those, young explorer, are "God's Wind" - Powerful material that absorbs the magic of the Air Powders and uses it to lift the holder above the ground, slicing through the skies. How majestic, it was found in one of the Sky Islands. "They" kept the location a secret, while harvesting the Wind's powers."

 

I disagree because this will probably get abused because with this glide ability people could use escape and glide and probably get into areas that can't be reached

 

Read it more carefully. You can only equip a glider if you are on the ground.

Intersting idea, but overall it just over complicates things.

 

well the hang glider itself is kinda "pointless" (dont get me wrong, because it is a goos idea) but I think it cant do harm if added and people will use it. However, wynn ist really a place for hang gliders and just making a simple lore quest that will also be a tutorial on how to use the wings will just make integrate (not sure how to spell it) better into wynncraft's lore and times

 

I've ready said that the wings are based on air magic and are from Bantisu temple. I said other people could make the lore since I'm not very good at it, but I suppose I will since no one else seems to want to.
