Different Species

I think It would be cool if you could add different species into wynncraft. By that I mean what if you had the choice of being a human or a Mei'fwa. Mei'fwa and humans are my only idea by far but I think this would be a realy cool feature in the game!

The thing is that, you CAN do this already, you just gotta change tour skin to whatever you want. The debate on whether or not "Races" should exist in Wynncraft is invalid. Because of the fact that Wynncraft is a server on Minecraft, which means you decide your race (dragon, wolf, human, etc.) When you make your account. When usually you have to create your character at the beginning of an RPG.

 

So you can already do this? Or do you just mean you can roleplay it with your skin..

This wouldn't make sense from a lore point of view. First of all, you're coming from Fruma - the homeland of humans. Second, creatures of Gavel (such as Villagers, Elves, Dwarves, Doguns, etc.) probably wouldn't be allowed into Fruma, seen as it lives under an oppressive monarchy that withheld magic from their citizens. Which means that they probably wouldn't let creatures that knew of magic into their country. So this takes away Gavel.

And really the only people in Wynn are Villagers (from Gavel) and Humans (from Fruma - but I think there's some Wynnic natives such as the villagers in Iboju village). Pigmen are out of the question - because they're hostile to humans. All other creatures are monsters.

Dern is out of the question too - we don't know anything about Dern (well maybe a little bit, but I think it's safe to assume that you won't be playing as an Ancient)!
Corkus is a province that has distanced itself from the other provinces - it requires an invitation to get in (also it's a 'colony' of Fruman humans. While there might be other creatures existing on the island province of Corkus, people from other provinces probably wouldn't know about them (and they wouldn't come to Wynn/Gavel/Fruma).


Also, add a poll.

 

This means I can now sexually identify as an attack helicopter in Wynn too!

 

This is why Wynncraft is a ROLEPLAYING game. Just change your skin

 

Actually, there are some passive aggressive pigmen.
One even owns a smithy in Molten Heights.
