    Well multi hit can be used on nothing to increase its cost, and then the concentration passive gets stupidly powerful

    Yeah I really think that Assassin is the only class that should have access to Speed III
    Archer should get Speed II with the same duration
    I do believe that mage's Pulse(Grade III Heal) should be spaced over 3 Pulses(1 second between each pulse) with each having healing 30% of current health. That would allow mages to get +100% of current health in best case, but if you take damage you would get less of that because each pulse would restore 30% of your current health at the time of each pulse.
    As for Bomb Arrow it is not so bad, but I think it either needs less AoE or Less Damage

    A while ago, though it was less a nerf and more of a fix that happened to nerf the class.
    Mage's base defence was supposed to be 80%, but when Gavel was released it was given base 85% defence. Now that it's fixed to be 80%, mage takes 5% more damage from all sources.

    When you're an air mage and everything that dealt 2000 damage now deals 2100, it's a huge difference.

    Especially when fire mobs can OHKO you when they couldn't before.
