World 3 Mythic Ideas I Had

So, those of you who bothered to download the WynnPack and check it out in creative (probably not many of you) would likely know that the pack actually has 5 runes in it. 2, Nii and Az, are actually used ingame, at least in name. However, there are 3 others, as I said. Thus, I decided to make up some quick ideas to use them.

Removed reflection on Tol, reduced mana regen and lifesteal
Increased mana regen/neutral and thunder damage/decreased defense debuff on Uth, decreased melee debuff on Tol

So, that's all 3. I should note that I have no concept of balancing or decent formatting, so I'll gladly accept any suggestions.

 

These look cool, but I'm not good with balancing so I can't give you any meaningful feedback.

I personally probably wouldnt use any of these just because they all have negative mana steal... not a fan of that. Im also not a fan of slow attack speeds, but from a more objective standpoint, those look like genuinely good ideas. I can picture a few builds with those as weapons, and I like the names too! I give it a thumbs up :)

Edit: I love the jerks that voted the most negative choice, yet didnt write a SINGLE WORD WHY!!!!!

I only had 3 unused runes to use, and since Az already exists...

Fair, I'll have to nerf it

 

Balance tip: Assassin and warrior weapons are decent, but warrior needs more of a debuff, while the mage weapon is horrible.

 

What would be the Skill point requirements to use each of these?
Also listing the base ID as opposed to ranges that the system can't actually accommodate would be a good idea :P
