World /mail

We need something to send mail, this would make selling and buying items from players much easier. Or to send messages to friends to remind them or tell them about something it would be

/mail send (message)
/mail clear (clears all messages read and unread)
/mail delete (All messages read)
/mail check (Shows mail) then you click on whatever mail you want to read, and if you have alot of mail it has pages so /mail check 1, 2 etc.

However you can only message someone 2 times per today, an alternative option to this would be only if the person has added you as a friend. Also you can always report someone for spam

 

or just forum pm

 

I had proposed such a mail-based suggestion before the Wipe, and @Alexicon1 had reposted it after every thread was suddenly deleted on September 7th, 2015.

So basically, it's like /msg, but it works even when the person isn't online? And then when they get on, maybe they'd get an alert or something, and do /mail check, and then /mail read their message. Cool, however, maybe instead of doing /mail read, you'd just click on the mail you want to read.
