World All Archers Unite Under This Cause (16 Supporters)

Water. Great element. Pretty cool. Warrior has Tidebinder, Mage has Ethereal. Assasin... well, Assasin needs a bit of something something too, but Rewind is great. Archer though... there are NO good high level water bows available other than Spring! And Spring is deadly expensive! And NO don't go Mantis, there's qira powder or cluster powder. But I want a dedicated water bow. So here's my suggestion:

I don't see a Bow that damages the user over time being very popular, so +-1.

 

True, though there's the simple way of not holding the bow
It's -hp on armour that hurts

 

I never use -raw hp regen gear unless I'm mage

 

The item you showed's flavour is a lot more like an air bow.

Uh, what?
First, there are two bows you can use for pure water that are both great: Slumber and Cresent.
Next, nearly every dual element combo has an option for this ingame currently! Juneberry does Earth and has water boosts you take advantage of with powders, and then Ensa's Resolve and Misconduct are amazing! The only one we're waiting on is Water/Fire, and that might also be ingame now, since 5 more level 80+ bows were added yesterday that I haven't found yet!

And if you're really that desperate, just use Cluster.

Stop complaining.

EDIT: @Thom_Com has reminded me that Fyrespit exists, meaning archer has a Water/Fire bow too!
