[quest] The Quartron's Revenge (20 Upvotes, 12 Crushed Walnuts)

Requirements: Rise of Quartron completed.
To Start: Talk to Manager Tomar near Karoc Quarry

Tomar: Hello, warrior. I remember you.
Tomar: You were that kid who helped Nasea with that whole Quartron scandal.
Tomar: We are still very thankful for that, but another situation has come up recently.
Tomar: One day, we heard some odd rumbling noises from below.
Tomar: We went to investigate, but we couldn't find anything.
Tomar: That's whet we need you for. We don't need a repeat of what happened last time, nor do we want it.
Tomar: If you can find the cause, I'll reward you greatly.

Step 2: Enter the quarry.

When you go in the quarry, a cutscene will occur, with Quartron 2.0 rising out of the ground.

Kaosuw: Haha! Yes! My beauty has risen!
Kaosuw: Now, I have the power to conquer all of western Gavel! Haha!

Step 3: Talk to Manager Nasea.

NOTE: the player is teleported to a destroyed version of Karoc Quarry.

Nasea: Oh no, we're too late.
Nasea: Kaosuw has destroyed the quarry. All my profits, down the drain!
Nasea: ...wait! I have an idea! Listen up, kid. This is important.
Nasea: We can fight fire with fire! If you can get ahold of one of Kaosuw's mechs, you can destroy his in no time!
Nasea: I don't think the lab is where it was before, since that whole place blew up, but i did see an odd building to the east.
Nasea: Now, get to it, while I heat up some popcorn!

Step 4: Head to the building with the lab at (some coords)

Step 5: Solve the puzzle to gain access.

To solve: Find the markers around the house, then drop the correct number of items on them.
Hints: On the door, it says "2B 4R 3O 1P 5G 2Y", which means "drop 2 on blue, 4 on red, 3 on orange, 1 on purple, 5 on green, and 2 on yellow". Red, Orange, Green upstairs, Blue, Yellow, Purple downstairs.

Step 6: Find the mech and get inside.

Mech is in the room to the right.

Step 7: Win the battle, then report to Tomar.

Kaosuw: Wait, what's that rumbling noise?
Kaosuw: Oh no, I knew this would happen! Oh well, I'll just deal with you myself!

On the mech, there are six buttons: four for movement, and two to punch.
When opponent punches with left, you punch with right for damage. If you punch with left, attacks bounce off each other. Vice-versa.

If you punch a minecart track, you grab it. If button is pressed again, track is thrown at opponent, dealing heavy damage if successful.

Opponent can move as well.

Punches can be done during movement.

I know, it'll be hard to code. But if it can be coded, the fight would be AMAZING.

Kaosuw: What? How could I be beaten? This thing was indestructible!
Kaosuw: You, sir, will pay for this. Mark my words, I'll...
The mech blows up, sending Kaosuw flying.

Talk to Tomar.

Tomar: I saw everything, adventurer. You have done this quarry, and all of Gavel, a huge favor.
Tomar: We couldn't possibly thank you enough, so take these instead. I'm sure they'll be a great help during your upcoming trials.

Rewards: 1.5LE, 175000XP, Quartron's Leg (leggings)

Objection this is not Quartrons revenge as Quartron is a mech suit and has no AI therefore has no abilitly to think and has no dreams of revenge and conquering West Gavel.

My headcanon is that in the Wynn universe a human is any intelligent creature shaped like a player and capable of learning magic just by breaking zombies in half with a dagger until they learn to turn invisible.

cool quest, and are those legs the base IDS? if so you might wanna make the spell lowered a little bit, unless they always have those ids

Good job! Nice quest. Maybe just add a bit more back story at the beginning. Right now, it just seems like "oh no, theres randomly a second Quartron!" Also, how is Kawsuo still alive?? The robot blew up in his face.
