I have an idea for a quest line, called "The Unstable World"
    Quest book:

    The Unstable World Part I
    Level min: 80
Speak to Dr. Abloter in Thesead

[STAGE 1] Speak to Dr. Abloter in Thesead

[1/2] Dr. Abloter: Oh my! You must help us-I want the world to-I mean...the fates are attacking us!
[2/2] Dr Abloter: Kill them! THEY ARE EVIL! Go to our church catacombs to find them!
[New Quest Started: The Unstable World Part I]

[STAGE 2] Find the church catacombs and kill the fates
    [Kill the fates]
[STAGE 3] Report back to Dr. Abloter
[1/1] Heh do you realize what you just did? YOU JUST MADE THE WORLD CRUMBLE TO PIECES! THANKS A LOT! Here, take this as a reward! HAHAHA!
[QUEST COMPLTED: The Unstable World Part I]
    +10003491 experience

If we get 10 Supporters I will make part 2 (BTW PART 2 is so much better then part 1)

But not actually though. There's utterly minimal detail on this and I really don't see this plotline going anywhere good.

If you completed this at level 80 you'd get enough XP to go all the way to level 84 for a quest about as well made as the old Potion Making.

And no you shouldn't quit you're level 59 focus on the game for awhile rather then trying to become a ct, it gives you more experience and more credibility. Good luck

Don't quit lad. If you're good at building you could become a builder, they accept a lot more builders than GMs and it's generally easier to build than make quests. If you really want to do quests study some of the higher level quests and try to learn how mobs, items, and XP are balanced, as well as how good quests are made.
Some good pointers if you want to be GM:
    - Try to avoid "Because Quest" type stuff such as "go kill this giant hand demon because I told you to". Provide a believable explanation for everything in the quest.
    - Avoid excessive grinding like "go collect a stack of leather, blaze powder, and rotten flesh to make your magic hat that prevents corruption"
    - Try to make a unique quest that isn't just a rewording of something that's been done before.
    - Read at least 57 college textbooks on grammar so that you make zero mistakes, because if you miss a single comma no one is gonna take your suggestion seriously because we're all Grammar Nazis.
    - Quest XP rewards should give less XP than it takes to level up at the quest's level, and the quests at a given level should not give more XP total than is required to level up.
    - Make sure you know some basic code if you want to be a GM, it's not just "type suggestion, quest is in game"
Some good pointers if you want to be Builder:
    - Just marathon all of Grian's building videos that's how I got decent at building.

And as chaostitan said, you'll be more accustomed to how Wynncraft works when you've reached a higher level. You've only seen the garbage quests, all the good ones are level 60+
Once you see stuff like Memory Paranoia, The Hidden City, and Beyond The Grave you'll understand what a good quest looks like.
