Wow! What a cool idea that totally won't lag the shit out of the server and hasn't even been suggested before! I can already picture the idea in my head because of how much detail you put in this thread. 60 custom houses made for each server, and when someone joins and leaves, the server won't lag at all, super cool!

Wynncraft is not Hypixel. When Wynncraft adds housing the game would be ruined. Housing would be broken and irritating.
1. There aren't many houses in big city's so to claim would suck.
2. if you can build your own house. It won't be as the current building style.
3. If you can build your own house. You are like; Why don't I just build my house in the cave of CoW so no one can enter now.

Tbh one of the best player housing suggestions, because unlike other suggestions, you actually gave a valid point that wynn can get boring at times.
I don't think housing is a way to make wynn better and more fun though.

No, just no, I'm not going to start a flame wat but I will give reasons and a solution.
Reason: Wynncraft is a MMORPG, it's about exploring the map and doing quests and such. Not spending all your time inside of a house.
Solution: If you really like the idea of a house that much you can just roleplay.

Ur only reason wasn't necessarily valid as there are other mmorpgs out there which have implemented player housing into gameplay

 

Housing can fit in a mmo rpg, but not in every mmo rpg. In wynn you role play as a frumian recruit doing odd jobs for the provinces citizens. Having a house won't make sense.
Housing also takes up a lot of space. Keys day you give a chunk to every player, pre gavel we had 1.3 million unique account logins, That's more than 1.3 million chunks, this will lag the server a lot for a feature I doubt most people will use.

It has been suggested so many times already and housing is clearly not in the server.
Wynncraft is about adventuring and killing monsters, not building and housing. If you could create housing, it would attract people from Hypixel and mineplex who have NO IDEA about how to play Wynn, because they only ever played mini-games. We do not want to infect Wynn with the toxic community of Hypixel. Even if it did attract some good pepole, they probably won't understand Wynn, like "Selling a legendary item for 5 eb." "What is eb?" "Emerald blocks. One is 64 emeralds." "No you craft emerald blocks with 9 emeralds you noob lolollololol" style. So you better just delete this useless thread.
