Raids In Wynncraft

the mobs at the start is invincible = 50~ and the boss = 1 50+1= 51 invincble mibs

it's not just an MMO, it's an MMORPG. like The Legend of Zelda or Zentrela(lenny) it has a big RPG part, which makes it like only an RPG

 

No it doesn't xD an mmorpg is exactly what wynncraft is,massively multiplayer online + rpg being mostly an rpg doesn't make it only an rpg it is in fact an mmorpg,

WoW plays mostly like an rpg but it's still an mmo ect.

How old are you btw to make some of these assumptions such as wynncraft isn't an mmo and that raids don't fit the mmorpg genre when raids are usually the defining factor on wether an mmorpg is good or not.
For instance destiny was awful until they added raids.
And WoW would probably have a much smaller community without raids.
Raids are the core part of an mmo which is why I made this post.

Also the boss is invincible because itd a mechanic of the boss fight, and the mobs at the beginning are made to force you into moving into the raid.
And ill say it again, this is meant to show what a raid is kinda like, I do not expect my example to be added because it's not that good of an idea And its extremely loose ended in some aspects

 

Well, I didn't say Wynncraft isn't an mmo. Who told you that? In fact, i said it's a true MMORPG. I said that it has good RPG experience that it's like an RPG. And who says raids are needed for an MMO? WoW, its developers and it isn't even MC. Destiny? wtf is it is, it has other people to operate. Raids don't fit Wynncraft because it's the middle age in Wynn. I'm sure raids haven't been "invented" yet. It's just theft. Also these raids would take way much for the staff of Wynncraft to do. Jester, Morph, etc. are easy to get, that they're also really good. Dungeons also give a good amount of XP for the levels. Boss Altars also give you emeralds and loot. We have 4 ways to get XP and loot, why add another one, that is suuper hard? The invincibility thing is not so good. Some person goes to the place, with a tank, and wow, he has -... ws! What will I do? Where will I go? How will I escape? or will I just die and lose freaking important junk (or even emeralds and powders and items)

 

Raids haven't been invented yet because it's the middle ages there?
I'm not to sure you understand the concept of a raid.
Destiny is an mmo.
And also invincible enemies are usually non existent in raids unless a mechanic e.g. with the boss fight it was a mechanic and at the beginning its just intended to move it along,and again THIS IS JUST AN EXAMPLE OF WHAT A RAID IS LIKE.
Tbh I expected most people to know what a raid is though so I don't blame most of you.
I don't know how to explain a raid to you, its like a dungeon in its layout and uniqueness but alot bigger as it has multiple bosses and takes 1-2 hours to beat with a group.
This is so frustrating xD
Most mmos have raids as I stated, but they also have a ton of ways to get xp and loot.
Raids are not one of the misc ways to get loot and exp It is THE way to get THE BEST armour in the game, its the final thing that should ever be done and is the ultimate end game, for the ultimate loot

 

Great Idea and something I've been really wanting in Wynn after many awesome experiences with raids in other MMO's. I think most people dont get the idea of raids as this would be thier first MMORPG and so would have no clue. Raids really do add to end game and allows people to do things beyond the level cap which is right now where Wynn is lacking. People that have capped will eventually need something to do so raids or a dumbed down version of raids may be needed
