World Star A Weapon

Alright so here's my new idea, inspired on how I accidentally dropped a MAX Sage that I got 5 minutes prior to getting it.
This new thing is where you can "star" or "favorite" an item, so it is undroppable. Then, you can also unfavorite it if you prefer to do so. This way, people will stop
accidentally a near max mythic into the trash can.

there is a suggestion called "item locks" and it does the same thing. (also the most liked thread on the forums)
