    title says most of it. If you had the theme applied during anytime it was available, you could keep it as an extra theme, but if you didn't it would be gone from your options. Or it's just an alternate theme with no requirements.

    someone will just choose "no" on purpose just to ruin your title

    I'm not sure if they should. The thing that makes the Hallowynn theme special is that you can only access it during halloween time, which means that it's a limited time special event theme. If you could have it on all the time, it'd lose what makes it so special.

    Imagine if it was your birthday every day. After a while, getting presents and having parties would become the norm, boring even. However, since you can only have your birthday 1 time per year, it's incredibly special because you'll have to wait a year to experience it again.

    I don't like how the menu bar doesn't move while I'm scrolling the page.
    It was a nice idea to compress it into a single button on mobile but it still takes up a large part of the screen.

    Also it doesn't have a dark theme version.

    With the menu button on mobile, when I tap it or try to go to my settings it prevents me from scrolling down to save any changes so that's an issue for me. I also prefer to see my alerts and such at the top of the screen like normally instead of having to click a button to open it up.

    I like the theme itself but with the new bar, anti-mobleness and a few other bugs, I'm just gonna keep dark theme.
