    Hey everyone! So I decided to make my first class suggestion! I looked at some other ones and got interested so here it is. Yes I know necromancers are basically death mages but I liked the idea and wanted to see what I could do. So hope you enjoy and please give feedback!
    Also, I know it seems a bit overpowered, so if you guys could help me out that'd be great :)

    The Necromancer

    Requirements: Any level 60 class
    Ranked Alternate: Demon
    Chat Tag: [Ne/x] | [De/x]

    Base Stats
    ⚔ Damage - [• • • •]

    Average damage, but still not recommended to solo extreme bosses.
    ❤ Defense - [ • • •]
    Having a low defense, its not recommended to go all out with this class.
    ➳ Range - [• • • • •]
    A good range for class such as this one. Its focused on magic after all.
    ✮ Spells - [• • • • ]
    A magic-surrounded class should be able to do some damage with spells right?


    Lore
    "There is a difference between death and evil."
    Reigning from the pits of death, the necromancer is thought to be evil and corrupt, however there is a difference between death and corruption. The necromancers have been discriminated for their use of dark magic and business with undead, even though they've never caused any harm to the citizens of any town or city. Their magic is just as mysterious as Wynn itself, so little is known about its origin. They have the power of death, being able to control explosive skulls and entire undead beings if they're skilled enough. They can raise the dead at will, but ever since the corruption has taken over, this spell has been restricted to experienced necromancers only. There is not much known about these magic users since they have been in hiding for so long, however, we now know they are will to stop the corruption at any cost.

    Standard Attack - Flames of Death (Weapon of Choice: Staff or Wand [death themed names and textures])
    *Left-click to fire a line of fire particles in the direction you face [Necromancer].
    *Left-click to fire a line of redstone particles (particles of activated redstone) in the direction you face [Demon].
    *Does NOT light enemies on fire though.
    Damage: 70% weapon damage
    ➳ Range: 5 blocks
    ⌛ Speed: 3blocks per second



    Skill 1 - Skull Blast (Unlocked at Level 1) - [Right - Left - Right]
    *Right-Left-Right to fire a wither skull that explodes on contact with the ground or entity. Shows explosion particle on contact [Necromancer].
    *Right-Left-Right to fire a wither skull that explodes on contact with the ground of entity. Shows smoke particles along with a bone explosion on contact [Demon].
    ✮ Mana Cost: 6
    Damage: 110% weapon damage
    ⃣ Area of Effect: 2x2 blocks
    ➳ Range: TBD
    ⌛ Speed: 8blocks per second

    Grade II +Cursed with Poison (Unlocked at Level 16)
    ✮ Mana Cost: 5
    Damage: 115%
    ➳ Range: x2
    Enemy Debuffs: Wither I (3 seconds) & Poison I (3 seconds)

    Grade III +Explosive Touch (Unlocked at Level 36)
    *Explosion chance increased by 10%
    ✮ Mana Cost: 5
    Damage: 120%
    Area of Effect: 3x3 blocks


    Skill 2 - Skull Rider (Unlocked at Level 11) - [Right - Right - Right]
    *Fires a wither skull that you instantly mount in the direction you face with smoke particles coming out behind it [Necromancer].
    *Fires a wither skull that you instantly mount in the direction you face with redstone particles coming out behind it [Demon].
    *Once it reaches is maximum range or collides with a wall/ground, it despawns and you dismount.
    *Shift to dismount whenever.
    *When dismounting, fall damage is reduced by 50%.
    *You can still take damage while mounting skull.
    ✮ Mana Cost: 8
    Range: 4 Blocks
    ⌛ Speed: 2seconds

    Grade II +Vanishing Act (Unlocked at Level 26)
    *Enemies hit by the skull will take damage.
    *Buffs take place once you use the spell (effective while spell is active as well).
    ✮ Mana Cost: 8
    ✣ Damage: 50%
    ✔ Buffs: Invisibility III (4 seconds) & Resistance I (4 seconds)

    Grade III +Death Sentence (Unlocked at Level 46)
    *On dismount, the skull will explode dealing 30% damage to any enemies within its radius (3x3 blocks)
    ✮ Mana Cost: 7
    Range: 6 Blocks
    ⌛ Speed: 3seconds
    ✔ Buffs: Invisibility III (8 seconds) & Resistance II (8 seconds)



    Skill 3 - Raising the Dead (Unlocked at Level 21) - [Right - Left - Left]
    *An AoE attack that will damage all enemies infront of the player (represented by 1.9 sword slash effect). If an enemy is killed, then it will spawn a wither skull head that will follow you around, making smoke particles as it moves [Necromancer].
    *An AoE attack that will damage all enemies infront of the player (represented by 1.9 sword slash effect). If an enemy is killed, then it will spawn a wither skull head that will follow you around, making flame particles as it moves [Demon].
    *Can take 2 hits from normal enemies of any level before dying.
    *Can take 1 hit from any boss (from dungeons, ToL, Qira's Hive, etc.) before dying.
    *Will walk towards the nearest enemy and deal one hit to them before dying (despawning).
    *If there are no enemies around, it will just follow you around.
    *Will only attack enemies within x blocks of the player (range will represent x blocks going in any direction of the player).
    *Movement speed is about the same as a running skeleton (when the skeleton is running from the wolf).

    Block Range (skull aggro): 9 blocks
    ◎ Duration: 15 seconds before despawn

    Grade III +Wither Related (Unlocked at Level 56)
    웃 Summon Amount: 2
    ✮ Mana Cost: 8
    ✣ Damage: 110%
    Block Range (slash): 3x2 blocks
    Block Range (skull aggro): 10 blocks
    ◎ Duration: 20 seconds before despawn
    Enemy Debuffs (when hit by skulls): Wither I (5 seconds)



    Skill 4 - Death's Whisper (Unlocked at Level 31) - [Right - Right - Left]
    *Surrounds the user with bones circling them, along with smoke particles [Necromancer].
    *Surrounds the user with bones circling them, along with smoke redstone particles [Demon].
    *Enemies that walk into the circles will be thrown back 2 blocks and damaged.
    *Projectiles can still hit the player.
    *Bones will hover 1 block above the ground at the edge of the AoE size.
    *Will be in a circular motion
    ✮ Mana Cost: 10
    ✣ Damage: 60%
    Area of Effect: 5x5
    ◎ Duration: 5 seconds
    Player Debuffs: Slowness IV (5 seconds)

    Grade II +Light Essence (Unlocked at Level 46)
    *Enemies that get knocked back will be stunned for 2 seconds.
    ✮ Mana Cost: 9
    ✣ Damage: 70%
    ◎ Duration: 5 seconds
    Player Debuffs: Slowness III (5 seconds)

    Grade III +Shockwave (Unlocked at Level 66)
    *When duration runs out, bones will fly in all directions (about as far as archer's arrow storm goes) dealing 20% damage.
    *Holding shift for 2 seconds will immediately cause shockwave
    ✮ Mana Cost: 8
    ✣ Damage: 80%
    Area of Effect: 5x5
    ◎ Duration: 6 seconds
    Player Debuffs: Slowness II (6 seconds)

    Wow, a lot of work obviously went into this, however I don't know if having a level requirement violates EULA. If it doesn't I would recommend make it where you can play if you have any class at level 60, not just mage. Or entirely remove the requirements.
    Other than that seems like you did a great job!

    also EULA only effects money transactions. Assassin needs a level 60 total unlock or something

    Thanks! And I don't think it goes against ELUA. If ranks specifically got experience multipliers (personal ones), then it would go against ELUA (I think). But if you are talking about boosters, I don't think so since they're server wide.

    there's still a grade IV on the first spell when every spell in wynncraft has a maximum of grade III

    I remember like a while back when I also made a class suggestion about necromancer.

    That's a very good class suggestion, though I have something to add...

    First of all, I totally LOVE the little symbols that make everything seems so neat

    But, I have a few questions:
    • Firstly, the skulls in the [R-L-L] spell seem to do exactly what the Blue AI does.
    • How long will the enemies emit particles after being marked?
    • And what about vanish?
    • Can you kill the skulls?

    • What do you mean by Blue AI?
    • The enemies aren't marked. The skulls emit particles just for effect :) But I do like the idea of marking enemies. Maybe I'll add something like that in future class suggestions (or this one).
    • For assassin (does my movement skill seem to similar to assassin's)?
    • No, you cannot deal damage to them, but I will try and make something to where you can despawn them if you need to.

    Im sorry, theres a lot of problems associated with "summoning mobs" concept
    Would probably be very buggy at first, and would continue to be buggy for a while afterwards.

    Other things, Health of the skeleton, and how would damage be calculated for the summoning, if you have more than 1 weapon.
    Scaling health.
    If you can/cannot attack the summoned objects, then how would the enemy AI respond?


    A bunch of other things and logistics and stuff that needs to be sorted, but I don't really want to list them.

    My main concern is, what if 60 people gathered in detlas and summoned 3 mobs each, about 180 mobs and 60 players, not to mention the mobs outside the city itself? What will happen to lower-performing computers since there is so much lag?
    Answer that and I will give further critisism.

    I think they removed the level 60 requirement... Or maybe it was a glitch as I had a assasin class when my main was level 35 or so
