World Add A Legendary Speed Necklace [124 Supporters]

No i mean an up to date legendary speed necklace that doesnt just get topped by a unique in speed.

Right now for the speed build all the items you use that have the highest amount of speed are legendary (with a tie in speed between leic and dark shroud)
a new speed ring and braclet were added with the gameplay update as well, which is kaze and follow the wind, which provide a 19% max on kaze and 20% on follow the wind

with these stats, you would think there would be a speed necklace to match, but the highest speed necklace we have is a lousy unique speed necklace called automized with a mere 13% walk speed.

I believe that a legendary end game speed necklace should be added to go alongside with Kaze and Follow The Wind, with the max being between 18%-20%, so it matches up with the ring and braclet in speed

For serious, I'm sure in the future they will add a better speed necklace, you just need to be patient.

I mean 1 unique is kwel, now days most of the build is all legendarys/rares or mythic, and almost no unique. kinda sad for the content team to create unique items.. since no one really use them for endgame ;l

 

overall walk speed got doubled

well for the most part from what ive seen, uniques are in the game more as "recovery items" other than a few uniques that are actually good, so say if you lost your stuff and you dont want boring armor you can get armor that has ids while you search for rares and legends again

This seems like a pretty nice idea, though, lacking some detail. Instead of just saying this, I decided to make a concept... Here it comes:

For the lore of the item, I decided to make it a chain with a feather on it. The feather is told to belong to a royal family of Troms as a pet...
