Pets & Horses Pets And New Mounts [18 Supporters]

First off, just pets and companions that do damage in general would be awesome. What would be even more cool if there were spells that your pet could cast. The pet would only attack enemies that you attack first. On the EULA side of things, I'm not talking about buying pets with gold coins. These are pets that you find in the wild, tame, and become yours. The ONLY way to get pets is to find them in the wild. To differentiate them from mobs, Pets would likely have a different color nametag, and could have [PET] in the title. Anybody can get a pet. Pets have health as well, so they could die, and you would lose soul points (or something like that), which prevents AFK farming. There would be different rarities as well. Different pets could be found at different locations. For example, earth-type pets would be found in places like Dernel Jungle. Air-types would be found in places with high altitude, so Mt. Wynn, Dujgon, etc. Fire-types would be found in hot/fire-related areas, so Almuj, inside of Mt. Wynn, etc. Water-typed could be found on islands such as Selchar, Halfmoon Island, etc. Electric-types could be found around big cities, so Detlas, Llevigar, etc. Pets would be summoned the same way as mounts, with a summoning item. This would allow you to bring them in and out at will. Pets can also level up, and they get exp when either they kill, or you kill and they help

Second, I think that more mounts, (besides the horses), would be really cool as well. Perhaps mounts that travel on water (faster than boats). Or flying mounts (pegasi, griffon, etc.). By flying, I don't mean like creative mode flying. I'm talking about mounts that would hover 3-4 blocks in the air, and would give you greater movement speed.

Depends on how you think people should buy them. If you want to make it VIP exclusive, nope not allowed

 

I think that you would use the pet summon item in your inventory ( or something along the lines of that) and cast spells like you normally would with a weapon. Or, it will only attack enemies if you attack them first.

These would look cooler, be rarer, and achieve higher speeds. There could also be mounts that travel on water faster than boats do.

This goes against EULA as this would give advantages to AFK farming to PVP advantages.

I'm talking about pets that are obtainable by everyone. There would just be wild pets roaming around, and you have to like feed it or "tame" it somehow, and then you have a pet.

 

But not only afk grinding, people will camp during a boss fight and let their pet do the dirty work, kill the boss and then you get your reward for doing nothing

 

Pets would have health as well tho, and probably won't be powerful enough to kill a boss on their own.

Firstly, letting pets do damage, while it was a thing, is not possible due to these reasons:
• as pets were bought with goldcoins or recived with a rank, it would violate the EULA by giving players who donated an extra advantage
• allow AFK grinding [as mentioned before]
• wouldn't be possible because as of today, there is no way of purchasing pets

The idea of new mount can be fun, the flying one could be fun but it will need a lot work of restriction area to don't cheat on jump area or other things difficult to access, for the pet side, why not it can be fun to have a pet with us that we can control, but I imagine that more like a "Pokemon" game, you train your pet and you can battle player or random cool NPC that will give you reward.
