Mining! [ More Detailed!

So after I saw that thread, it got me thinking about this. After thinking on it for a bit (5 minutes) I actually figured out a system that would work!

Firstly, you buy pickaxes. They have a random amount of uses, and break easier on certain blocks then on others (time + durability)

When a block is mined, it will never re appear every 15 minutes. When mined, a block turns into stone (unminable)

Here is how much durability each item takes:

Coal (1)
Gold(2)
Emerald(2) (Keep in mind you make more money mining coal then you do mining emerald)
Iron(3)
Diamond(4)

Now, for speed, im a make a chart. This goes with what type of pick to what material (X = Material, Z = Pick)

Each whole number = a minute

Ex: .25 = 15 Seconds, 2 = 2 minutes.

Now, here are the prices and durability for the picks:

Wood (Lv5): 8 E, 5 Uses
Stone(Lv25): 20 E, 10 Uses
Iron (Lv 55): 1 EB, 15 Uses
Diamond (Lv 85): 12 EB, 25 Uses.

These can be bought in any mining industrial town/city (Thesead, Troms, Rodorroc, Llevigar)

And here are what items sell for:
Coal: 2 E

Gold: 1 EB

Iron: 12 EB

Diamond: 32 EB

These can be bought from any market town/city (Almuj, Detlas, Cinfras,)


And thats all!

Why would a fruma hero be mining...

I get the whole minecraft thing and all but having a mining system doesn't sound fitting to me.

I can just imagine the swarms of people waiting in the lobby just to pounds on a newly restarted server amd stealing all the ores.

 

A fruma hero... When you leave fruma you can barely fight a lv5 zombie...

And you would do it to take a brake from grinding.

No because as glitched said it doesnt seem fitting with what wynncraft is now and i cant see it becoming a thing. Still nice suggestion

If it was added they could even add lumberman or fisher, but I don't see the use of having a job in the role we got in the provinces

 

I was thinking about something like this a while back, but maybe have the ores come back after a medium amount of time? they could work like loot chests and have a chance to drop more ore or whatever the longer they stay un-mined. i think having jobs in wynncraft would be very cool addition, it would be a huge update though since it would change everything so much. P.S. there is currently a treasure diving thing that you can do to get money, items spawn underwater near sechlar and you can go down there with a breathing helmet then go sell it at a merchant in sechlar so this wouldn't be CRAZY UNHEARED OF it would just be very game changing
