No More Nerf Mage Posts

Salted has said mage's heal is needing a change and will get a change, no matter how long it takes, so why do you still insist on telling me that Mage is balanced and "perfectly fine when you've been proven wrong by a developer. Please stop telling me that I'm wrong when a developer has stated that the side of this argument that I'm on is right. Also Mage mains always look at the threads that say Mage heal needs a change which is why they get shot down.

And I think the problem is mages have less counters, where assassins have more. People say it's fine because you don't really notice it in pve, but you really do in pvp.

 

Just because Salted says Mage is getting changed, doesn't mean I have to agree with it?

Mage can be extremely overpowered with the right build, the problem is, it's harder to do that with the other classes.

 

Salted should make a post and sticky it about yes Mage will get a heal spell rework also yes Mage's heal spell is pretty OP healing over half of your health for only 3 mana in the matter of a few clicks

Well that only works with high mana assassins. What if I wanted to go the melee+mana steal for vanish+bad spell damage? Then what?

 

People that say that mage should be nerf will not be punished by mods and ect, they will be punished by our shitty community that is just here to start a war.

For the people that still thinks that mage need a nerf, mage is one of the most balanced classes of wynn, both in range and def.
the only reason you're losing to a mage is: your build sucks, you dont know how to deal with mages, and you're using a low skill class.

Mage's power in pvp comes from combos, which are all of his spells, not only one, all of them.
Why you're asking?

Mage's abilities are weak enough to not 1 shot someone (unless your build is bad enough to die to one meteor).
Mage's combos are simple: tp to blind you, ice sneak to lock you in place, and meteor to deal a good amount of dmg, then he just repeat it all over again untill you're dead, he will also heal and try to get to that option of doing the combo if you will be good enough to dodge his abilities (but y'all suck at being smart against a simple combo like this).

Mage combo in a nutshell ice snake meteor repeat and heal to outlast other people you can heal and they can't .

With assassin you need to use whatever walk speed gear you have
With archer, you need to be agile and hit powerfully, no matter the cost
With warrior, you need to boost your defense to outlast a foe
With mage, just throw on random shit because you have
-a ranged CC that lasts for six seconds
-an instant heal spell
-a nuke with a delay so short that you can combo it with a two second freeze to kill every enemy in the game
-the ability to blind and damage an opponent while repositioning yourself

How is it harder to make good builds with that?

 

You may have misinterpreted what I said, what I meant was it's easier to make OP builds for the mage.

Kek, I basically stopped playing mage because it was too easy. There comes a point where you are just chaining spells in a certain order without thinking in combination with a warrior/assassin friend telling you what they need to kill the boss quicker. As long as you dont stop with the icesnake+heal+tp you will never die if wearing statue+third eye.

 

Actually, whut u do is you have good mana regen as Assassin and spam spin attack till dat MOTHERF*CKER IS DEAD.
