World Starting : A Lumberjack Says, "a New Recruit From Fruma!"

Hello, Adventurer! As you first joined the game, or created a new character, you talk to a Lumberjack that says,
"You're one of the new recruits from Fruma, right?"

Are you? We'll just have to find out ourselves, in a couple of years, that is. When they are finally constructed!

Suggestion/Reasoning:
My suggestion is to give access to Fruma when you're level 105. Reasoning: you want to go back to your home province, but you have been forced to be a Wynn soldier, but once you are max level, you can retire and gain access to Fruma to see your home land again.

An Idea of Fruma:
Fruma is a poorer area where people are often taken and put into slavery, so you have to watch out. Unfortunately, or fortunately, you've been a victim and you've been taken to Wynn.

Think Whatever YOU Want:
This is just my opinion & we have no idea what Fruma may be. Will it be just another province, more quests, higher levels, or will it be the end of Wynncraft, the start of a new question, a new idea?

Will you have to fight on, to another province first? Or will you go back to Fruma? Maybe you choose to stay a soldier and protect the provinces to come? The world will never know.. until Salted, Jumbla, & Grian.. know.

An engineer in Selchar says hes from another province thats so much greater than gavel and wynn. Dern is completely destroyed, so he means Fruma. Fruma is amazing from my knowledge. Also, Dern is being released before Fruma (sadly)

The max level is 100, although there is a soft cap at 101 (and you can't get further than that).

We do, though.
We know that in Fruma there is a tyrannical.. government (?). It could be.. well, whatever kind of government it could be (I don't think we know yet, sorry if my lore is wrong). We know that Fruma (I'll refer to the government of Fruma as the province of Fruma if you know what I mean) closed its gates on Wynn when the corruption appeared. When the corruption waned (and when the Villagers arrived), Fruma (out of guilt, I guess) started sending recruits to help combat the corruption.

It is legitimately referring to Corkus the current 5 provinces are Wynn gavel dern fruma and corkus

 

Ok first of all I don't mean to sound rude here.

Secondly, if you CAME FROM FRUMA then why would it be invite only? You are literally a citizen of that country and are being recruited to help fight a war in a different province.

Thirdly, people think this engineer is from Fruma but there is no evidence of technological advancement in Fruma at all so they have no basis of what they are saying

 

I am afraid you have forgotten the greatest province of all:

CROKUS!

 

1. They are planning Fruma, if they didn't, they wouldn't put it there.
2. Level max is 101 and it's nightmares.

According to lore found in a hidden library in Llevigar, Fruma is ruled by a powerful monarch that wishes to be viewed as a god, do they capture everyone with magic and rule with an iron fist (sounds like a mix of Merlin and Five Kingdoms).
