    Lament can cap at 13(?) Mana Steal.
    And, how about we compare the wand to the other air weapons as well? Air actually is good for damage because the high attack speed boosts spell damage so much. Air mage has Cyclone, Squall's Breath, Whimsy, and Noise Stream for endgame air options, along with Lunar Spine with Air Powders.

    I just think it would be insanely weird to compare a mythic, with lower level rares and legendaries. I compared it to Pure because I think that is way too strong for it's level anyways.

    Ok, the spell multipliers are
    .5 for super slow.
    .7 for very slow.
    1.3 for slow.
    2.0 for normal.
    2.6 for fast.
    3.3 for very fast.
    4.0 for super fast.
    I am probably forgetting other buffs here, but keep in mind this should still put the damage into perspective quite well.
    I have seen that you have edited the damage? Can i see the old damage because i forgot the old damage, but to get the answers I did, just multiply a weapons average damage by it's attack multiplier, then add buffs which it applies. This is gonna take a while to do so I just suggest you try multiplying it with a calculator or something, because I just made a mage class and i wanna try it. You can get mythic stats on Wynnapps. If I am forgetting nothing [I am probably forgetting something] then after you multiply items damage by the attack multiplier, that should be the damage of a 100% damage spell.

    I first had it 50-150 neutral and 100-250 air, then I changed it to 50-125 neutral and 50-225 air, and now it is 50-120 neutral and 50-210 air.

    Also, how do I calculate the average damage? just take half of the max? for example: 210 is max, is 105 the average then?

    50-120 & 50-210
    (50+50) + (120+210) / 2 = 215 average damage total, not counting elemental weaknesses or defences.

    85 Average Neutral Damage.
    130 Average Air Damage.
    215 Average Total Damage.

    Negative IDs are:
    "Best" is 1.3
    "Worst" is 0.7
    Average is 1.0

    Ok, to get the average damage you have to add the max damage and min damage, then divide by 2.

    I don't really see why, TBH. Recapping, it is a tropical cyclone, so it should have some water damage or defense on it.

    I don't like how the spell damage is low, but the walk speed is high. Seems like it should be the other way around. Maybe the speed should be slower as well?

    Other than that, I like it.
