World A Small Feature

    I know, it's small, like really really small. But for an idea, I think it'd be a great idea to make a small noise for each Global shout.

    I know people could make it really irratating by spamming these shouts, but maybe add some sort of cooldown to them? Anyway, a shout should actually make a noise despite when I shout all you hear is a little low howl.

    EDIT: Obviously, it should have a /toggle feature with it being default off.

    I know, it could be annoying like I said, but it's really not a 'big blue paragraph.' It's a shout which costs real money and it could be toggle-able with the noise in an option. Anyway, it's just an idea.

    Not to mention the fact that 1/3 of the shouts are in caps desperately asking for people to help them/buy their items

    I agree with you guys on it, I just thought it would make more sense for a shout to generally make some sort of noise.
    Yeah. I know, you might consider it a really bad idea, but if you don't want to have an 'annoying' sound, you could quite easily just have if default off.

    I feel like this idea would be better if another type of shout was implemented, that did something more than a shout but it's really not needed xD +0.5 to this idea

    To be fair, a final shout could be made.
    Like a shout that costs 20GC called a Super Shout or something. I know it's a weird idea, and I'm pretty sure it wouldn't be implemented, but it's an idea, as I always say.

    this reminds me of that part of igbar's Pling Ding resource pack

    except instead of "A FRIEND JUST MESSAGED YOU"
    it's "A PLAYER JUST SHOUTED AT YOU"
