I really like that idea, I always seem to drop my wands. Also, if you locked an unidentified item, you wouldn't be able to identify it because it was locked....right?

Why would you need a merchant, an NPC you have to pay MONEY to just to lock an item to prevent it from dropping etc... Isn't this for convenience?

Well adding a merchant would just make a convenient system for a very imporant reason, inconvenient imo.

 

I really like this idea. It seems very helpful, there are times when I really get worried because I drop items that I don't want to (such as my horse) and am terrified one of these times i'll not realize I dropped it and leave it behind. +1

I accidentally dropped my legendary Ethereal wand in a dropper the other day.
I was able to retrieve another one but I feel so sad still, it had great stats.

I hope this suggestion becomes reality or something similar, it's so frustrating to loose by accident an item you care about.

lost a 30% water damage thrundacrack, this needs to be added ;~;

I really like this idea. It will defiantly help when you need to quickly remove/sell items. I sometimes have accidentally sold my main weapon and had to farm for another one.
