World Boss Altar Ideas

Recently, I asked how many Boss Altars there are, and so far there are only 7, with more being added as Selvut comes up with more ideas. This thread is designed to speed that process along.
In this thread, post ideas in the comments below, along with locations and junk items to be thrown in. There's a few rules:
1. The boss must be of a power level within the bounds of the level range of the area.
2. You must list the boss's statistic, including HP, damage, elemental damage, weakness, and resistance, extra regen (if applicable), potion effects (if applicable), et cetera.
2. No tanky bosses with no abilities. The boss must have at least one spell or gimmick that's creative but not impossible to code.
3. No copying from other people's ideas or pre-existing bosses! Create your own ideas!
Alright, I'll kick this thread off with my personal example idea.
The Hermit's Monster.
Location: The bridge with the hermit blocking the way in the mesas ( I forget the cords).
Junk Item: 10 Feather.
Boss:
Pet Monster, level 38.
Mob: Wither Skeleton.
HP: 6000
AI: Fight-bot (the hack that allows somebody to PVP perfectly)
Weak to Water, Resistant to Thunder.
Spell: Flamethrower.
Damage: 30-60 damage per hit, 5-20 thunder damage per hit, fast hit speed.
Okay, this is my idea. I'm sure you have much better ones, so please post them in the comments.

We can't make custom spells for this. The spells we have are:

Meteor
Self-Destruct
Spiderweb
Charge
Heavy Charge
Teleport
Heavy Teleport
Multihits
Heavy Multihits
Arrow Storm
Heavy Arrow Storm
Vanish
Heavy Vanish
Slowness
Heavy Slowness
Weakness
Heavy Weakness
Flame Thrower
Heavy Flame Thrower
Heal
Heavy Heal
Push
Heavy Push
Pull
Heavy Pull

Nothing more. Coding even just one spell is a massive amount of effort. Also, Vanish and Weakness are essentially dud spells, since Weakness has no actual effect. Arrow Storm always deals an enemy's full damage no matter what. And lastly, you must only deal damage in percentages. A lot more goes into mob design now than can just be written like that.

In addition, we already have an altar boss for the Mesa area.

That's the Meteor spell.

 

(Unless it's been changed) Genesis-Revorse, the boss for the Earth floor in The Qira Hive, has a spell where he launches a slow-moving, high damage projectile in a straight, unchanging line towards the player, if they are close enough to the boss. This projectile is represented by constant explosion effects. The spell has very close range, and quickly disappears after a short distance, but can about one-shot a player if they are caught off-guard.

One in the middle of the ocean where u need 20 fish to throw into the hopper (which is underwater) and it will teleport u to the boss room where its a squid named the soul of corkus and it insta kills you IM A GENIUS

This would be ragequit heaven.
What level is the Soul? What spell? (besides insta-kill?) stats? Give me details.

 

The soul is level 40 and has 1 hp but spams arrows in ur direction that insta kill u so if u hit it u win a le as an award!!!!

 

Maybe you have to chase it around the room as it shoots 10 projectiles per second that each do 10-20 damage.
