    Also loot boots can be pirate's treasure now I think, not too sure what it's called. The max loot for that is 30%(?)

    Pirate luck is base and max at 32. It is bought from an npc, the item guide just isnt updated to not give a range for certain items. It is at the pirate island armor merchant

    Jester 2 piece says -50 so 2 max jester rings = 66-50=16.

    2x ring of generosity is better 13 XP bonus each. But it's untradable from memory paranoia
