World Give This Island A Name

    I feel like this island should be officially called Imposter Island, because it's covered in "Human"s which turn out to be midget goblins in disguise upon killing them, and they all live in a village together. There's also fake pirates.

    It doesn't have to be on the world map or anything, it could just be an NPC at the sand castle/retired buccaneer place nearby who remarks that the island is strange.

    Puppet island? Also, is this related to any quest or anything? It seems weird to me that they would just add this random island filled with.... those things.

    It's not related to any quest unless something really weird happens and it ends up being part of ??? which I doubt.

    Also I don't see any flaw with the name I chose, it fits well :/ what don't you like about it?

    I think the really sinister thing about it is that on the same island, you can find Starving Sailors. The "Human" village has potato crates in it, but it seems that either the sailors are too afraid of the weird people or the fake humans just left them to die.
