    Heal
    LvlIV: Healing defense unlocks at level 56
    hunger 6
    heal 80%
    provides an increased defense for 10 seconds and heals 1/4 of all damage taken when defense is active


    Teleport
    hunger 3
    damage 100%
    LvlIV: Rushing warp unlocks at level 66
    provides increased speed for 10 seconds after warping
    40%

    Meteor
    Hunger 6
    damage 400%
    LvlIV: Shattering crash unlocks at level 76
    causes blocks to fly out in all directions damaging foes

    Ice Snake
    Hunger 5
    damage 80%
    LvlIV: Snowstorm unlocks at level 86
    Causes a snowstorm to appear around the ice snake slowing all foes who go within 3 blocks of the ice snake and doing slight dmg

    Warrior Level 4 spell upgrades

    Bash
    Hunger 5
    damage 130%
    Seismic smash unlocks at level 56
    the 2nd hit throws foes back by 10 blocks
    ✤50%

    charge
    Hunger 4
    damage 150%
    Booster jets unlocks at level 66
    Lengthens the time you charge for by 5 seconds
    ✹50%

    Uppercut
    Hunger 6
    damage 200%
    Heavy launch unlocks at level 76
    Causes 5 Explosive hits on the way up
    ✹10% ✤15% ✦25%

    Warscream
    Hunger 5
    30% per hit
    Grand soldier unlocks at level 86
    grants speed 10% and def 30% and str 15%
    (basically improved 66 warscream with speed)

    Archer level 4 upgrades

    Arrow storm
    Hunger 4
    damage 20% per arrow
    Arrows 100
    Century arrows unlocks at level 56
    grants 100 arrows per cast
    ✹10% ✦25%

    escape
    Hunger 2
    Agile archer unlocks at level 66
    grants jump boost 2 along with the speed
    ❋25%

    Bomb arrow (possibly laggy suggest changes in comments)
    Hunger 8
    Damage 250%
    Split unlocks at level 76
    each time it bounces it will split into two arrows that will bounce as well (the split made arrows will not split)

    Arrow shield

    arrow target unlocks at level 86
    shoots arrows at all entities within a 10 block radius

    assassin level 4 upgrades

    Smoke bomb

    damage 60% every half second for 5 seconds
    Thick smoke unlocks at level 86
    Blinds foes in the smoke

    The meteor would basically blind everything if you're fighting against another Mage, and wouldn't it cause a lot of lag for the server?

    Yeah but pve isn't everything. Mage is already much too difficult to kill in Pvp and it's pretty much an easy button when you get meteor

    could use some more detail
    as for specific values and such
    (even though some parts of the wiki seem vague to me)

    Things to consider:

    How hard will the enemies be hitting?
    PvP and PvE balanced?
    How will mana reduction affect spell costs?
    How much of a buff (like % of speed boost) and for how long?
    Can any of these spells stack infinitely (this is where balance is a serious issue)?
    How fast do the projectiles move, and how many will there be?
    Do the names really fit for the ideology of the class?
    If there are multiple hits, what is the time delay between each?
    For ranged classes, what is the ROF (Rate of Fire)?
    If it is an effect that causes the player to shoot projectiles, how many projectiles per second for how long?
    Speed and range of every aspect on every spell
    Instantaneous or delayed?

    Bigger things to consider:

    Mob Scaling
    Effect of the Meta and builds
    Class balancing
    Uniqueness


    Also ever consider using the Left Alignment?
    This center alignment hurts my eyes

    Just some things so you can become a better class/skill designer

    The explosion effect is only triggered when a mob dies.

    I'm just going to ask you to clean up this thread a little, make it look neater. Add spoilers to compress it, and try putting the text on the left. Center text can be difficult to read. Doing this should make your thread seem much more professional.
    Also, make your capitalization consistent.
